Oh no pt.2

Recap:
Me and the guy was still fighting, I would hit him and then he would hit me and the guys keep trying to get me off of this guy but they knew that i was very mad and I wouldn't stop unless I was done.We were still fighting and then I sirens so I turn around and saw the cops pull up.
Back to the story~
Payton's POV
I heard the cop and I stopped, then the cop came up to me and put me in handcuffs and the other guy. They put us in handcuffs and made us sit on the sidewalk away from each other.
I was just sitting there watching the cops talk to that guy, then they came and started talk to me.
Cops:hey I'm officer mike, what is your name
Payton:Payton moormeier
Cops:ok mr. Moormeier what happened tonight
Payton:ok so I have a daughter I adopted and she has had some stuff happened to her and we came to eat and he was the waiter and she started to freak out and he was given her creepy looks so I took her outside and she told me what happened and he tried to at her out of my hands and then the girls I came with took her and put her in that car
I said point to my car
Mike:ok will do you know the guy's name
Payton:no but I can ask Charlotte my daughter
Mike:yea can you go get her
Payton:yea

Mike took me out of the handcuffs and walked with me to my car to get Charlotte out.
I opened the door and i see Charlotte sleeping on Avani's lap so I shut the door

Mike:I will let you and the other guy off of the hook this time
Payton:ok
I wanted him to go to jail but whatever.

Everyone went to there cars and we left.

I was driving home and I saw a car following me but I didn't think much about it and just keep driving. We was about 30 minutes away from the house and Charlotte woke up.
Charlotte:dada
Payton:yea baby
Charlotte:what happened
Payton:don't worry about it ok
Charlotte:ok but can I sleep with you tonight
Payton:yea baby
Charlotte:I love you dada
Payton:i love you to baby

I stopped the car and got Charlotte out, then we went in the house with the others and then we went to bed but I couldn't sleep because of what happened so I turned on the tv and watched tv.

I was watching tv then i had to go to the bathroom so I went and when i got back Charlotte was awake sitting up on the bed.

Charlotte:dada
Payton:yes babygirl
Charlotte:can we watch bubble guppies
Payton:yes baby

I changed the tv to bubble guppies and Charlotte cuddled up to me and watched tv.

I couldn't go to sleep i had a feeling something bad was going to happen.
BOOM
P:what was that
I get out of bed and locked my door and got Anthony to go in my room so I could go see who was downstairs.
I got downstairs and he was

The guy
P:get the hell out of my house and leave Charlotte alone
The guy:no i had her first
P:yea and you hurt her so get the hell out
The guy:what if i dont
P:i will call the cops
The guy:ye-
*SIRENS*
The cops came in and i told them everything and then they wanted to talk to Charlotte so i went and got her.

C:dada
P:hey baby can you come with me downstairs and talk to the cops please
C:will you come with me please
P: yes baby
C: okat

I picked her up and we went downstairs and she talk to the cops.

Cop: hey im Chris, you are Charlotte right?
C: yes
Chris: ok i have a question for you
C: otay
Chris: do you know what that guys name is?
C: yes its Jeffery
Chris: ok thank you
C: your welcome

The cops took him to jail and me and Charlotte went to bed. 

THE NEXT MORNING / PAYTON'S POV 

I woke and went downstairs to make breakfast cause lasted night was craze also tonight me and Charlotte are going to my home town to see my family but i was a little scared because my ex leaves next to me and she broke my heart and that's the reason why i got Charlotte. 

I was make bacon,eggs and grilled cheese, then i heard a door open and little feet running down the stairs. 

C: dada      

P: yes baby

C: what you making? it smells yummy, she says yawing

P: bacon,eggs and grilled cheese 

C: yummy in my tummy, we both laughed 

C: daddy can i watch t.v. 

P: yes baby what you want to watch?

C: bubble guppies

P: okay 

i went and picked her put and took her to the couch and got her blanket and a pillow, then turned in the t.v., after i put Charlotte in the couch and turned on the t.v. i went back to cooking the food. 

when i was done cooking the food Me and Charlotte went to wake the others up.

We first went to Bryce and Addison's room and woke them up and then the others, then we went and at breakfast.

B: This food is so good, he said with his mouth full of food 

J: I know right, he said with his mouth full of food too 

AV: Y'all better stop talking with y'all's mouth full of food, she said raising her eyebrow 

B: Okay mom, he said rolling his eyes and we all laughed 

P: Okay guys Me and Charlotte are going to North Carolina for a week so we can see my family  

N: Okay when are y'all going 

P: Tonight 

N: Oh okay well be safe 

P: We will 

AD: I will miss you, she said talking to Charlotte 

C: I will mwss you too, she said hugging Addison 

AV: Lets have a girls day with Charlotte before she leaves 

N: Omg yasss 

AD: Can we Payton?

P: Yea just be veryyyyy careful with her 

The Girls: We know 

a/n: heyyyy guys i know i haven't posted in a good bit but my birthday was Wednesday and i'm having a cookout on sunday so yeah but i think i'm going to update on my laptop now on so yea but i hope you have a great day/afternoon/night i love ya'll byeeeeeee
