A small girl giggled as she skipped along the sidewalk holding a bag full of sweets."Kyuu-kun will absolutely looove what I bought for him!", she thought happily.
The girl had silky black hair that reached to her shoulders and big innocent eyes that looked like the night sky. She was wearing a purple long-sleeved top with the Uchiha crest on the right sleeve and the Matsuzuki crest on its left. Underneath, she was wore a fishnet shirt and purple skirt-like shorts to match her outfit.
Happily making her way to her destination, she spotted a red-haired boy playing on the snow, making snowmen. The girl laughed and ran to the boy, "Kyuu-kuuun!!" Hearing his name, the boy paused to look at the person who called him then grinned, "Miku-chan! Come on! Let's make snowmen together!"
"Ok! But close your eyes first!"
The boy tilted his head in confusion, "Why?" "Just do it!", the boy closed his eyes and felt something placed on his hand. He opened his eyes to see a bag of candy on his hands. "Happy Birthday Kyuu-kun!", the little girl greeted smiling.
"Thank you Miku-chan! You're the best!" the little boy said hugging the girl. "Come on lets go share these with Yumen!" The duo left together to find their friend without knowing that someone was watching them. "I'll have you soon, Child of Immortal Beauty." in a blink of an eye the man was gone.

"Mom, Dad I'm home!" The little girl entered the house and placed her shoes in a proper place.
A woman with wavy red locks poked her head from their kitchen, "Oh! Kumiko! Your father's in the garden, training. Do you want to join him? I'll call you when dinner's ready." the woman said with a smile.
The girl immediately rushed to the garden, "Yay! New tricks dad!" Her mother smiled and resumed her cooking.

Kumiko was eight years old now and her training has become more difficult. There had been reports that a criminal is after Kumiko so they needed to watch over her as often as possible.
The only problem is, Kumiko started playing pranks on her bodyguards so that she could escape from their "overprotectiveness".
It always ended up with Kumiko lost in a forest or falling into traps.
Right now, she was lost in a forest again and she had no idea where she came from. "This has happened countless of times! How can I not remember where the freaking way is!" Frustrated, she kicked a tree really hard but ended up with snow falling on her. "I give up!"
Suddenly she heard rustling in the bushes. She instantly took out a kunai to defend herself, "Who's there? Show yourself!" Cautiously looking around, she had not expected a kunai near to her throat.
"Well, well, well. I did not imagine that you would be this easy to catch. Considering you are the Prophecy Child." the man hissed.
Kumiko was very terrified. She didn't want to die yet. She still wanted to be a great shinobi and surpass the legendary sannins. Her hands were trembling as the man nears the kunai to her throat. "Orochimaru-sama would be very pleased."
She shut her eyes tightly as she awaited for the kunai to plunge into her throat. Suddenly she felt the grip on her loosen and heard a faint thud. "Are you alright?"
She slowly opened her eyes and found herself looking at her savior's black orbs. She slowly took in his appearance. Black eyes, long pony-tailed hair. She gasped when she realized that "Your-"
