The Girl in the Attic

[09] I go back in time

I woke up from my slumber.

I realized I was in my room. I got up and went outside my room

"mom, dad?!" I yelled. No reply

I looked at myself

I was.. glowing? I felt ghostly

I was curious and obviously freaked out by the fact I had no legs and I was floating

I started going to the attic and decided I would dance inside of it I started walking around while the floor was groaning under me. I don't know why it sounds like I am using feet when I am floating. Don't ask me

I went to my parents room

I saw a familiar note on the bedside

I read through it

The letter was when I was little; when I was ten year old.

I looked at the date 23/3

"March 23," I muttered

Then I remembered how it was so familiar

This was written 8 years ago

I heard a familiar giggle behind me

When I turned around, I couldn't believe what I saw.

I saw my 10 year old self with my grandmother.
