Episode 11: Don't Count Us Out Yet

Jeff Probst: Previously on... Survivor. Immediately following Tribal Council, Sarah found the Legacy Advantage after it was willed to her by most recently eliminated Julia, to the joy of her and "Power of Three" ally Michelle. At the auction, some bought themselves food and advantages, but James decided to use all of his money so that everyone would receive a letter from their loved ones. At the immunity challenge, Michelle received an advantage that allowed her to be three blocks ahead of everyone. This proved to be effective, as she was able to win. At camp, the plan seemed set in stone to vote out Zach, after Rafael believed he found the idol that Zach actually possessed. Fearing Zach would end up playing his idol, a plan to split the votes between him and Grace emerged. Kirk, however, wanted to focus the target on Grace after he believed she was deceiving the tribe by bringing back a small bag of rice when, in fact, there was no additional advantage that Grace received. At Tribal Council, Kirk's intentions were exposed, as well as Zach's idol. This led to countless whispering, indecisive to who to vote for -- Kirk, Grace, or Zach. In a near unanimous decision, Kirk ultimately had his plans blow up in his face, becoming the fourth member of the jury. 8 are left, who will be voted out tonight?

Petros: Night 27

[Scene: The remaining eight tribe members head back to camp with their torches, and set them aside.]

Grace: [CONF: I... am still trying to process what the hell went down tonight. Kirk, who I thought was my closest ally in this game, decided to go after me for no reason. For no reason! Anyways, thank God he's out now, because I just could not let him do that to me. Zach, you have nine lives out here -- but now it's finally time to get you out, unless you find another idol somehow.]

Audrey: Oh my God, Grace, thank God that s**t didn't come back to you.

Grace: I know. I was literally nauseous that entire time.

James: To "The Unlikely Trio"! *holds fist in the middle of Audrey and Grace*

Audrey: The what?

James: Oh, just our alliance name. I thought of it in the middle of Tribal.

Grace: That's what you were whispering to me about??

James: *shrugs* [CONF: So, it's become clear to me that I will be riding this alliance of myself, Audrey, and Grace to the very end. I would've never thought I'd be working with the cute blonde on the other tribe, and the girl I tried to vote out of the first Tribal Council. But, when we come together, we bring in the best of each other. We have Audrey's beauty [close up shot of Audrey], my brawn *flexes bicep*, and Grace's brain [close up shot of Grace]. Nothing can stop us... except for everyone else. But don't count us out yet.]

Sarah: [CONF: There was a set plan in place tonight. For once, I knew exactly what the possibilities of the night would entail. *laughs* Psych. Kirk really shot himself in the foot, because I knew at the moment that his only true allegiance was to himself. I guess everyone else agreed. So... let's see if we can do this plan... again.] I really didn't expect tonight to go down like that, oh my God. As soon as Zach showed his idol... I was like... f**k.]

Michelle: I know. I don't think a single one of us anticipated to vote for Kirk when we grabbed our torches.

Olivia: I sure didn't.

Rafael: *sighs* I feel so stupid. What am I supposed to do with this now? *shows fake idol to everyone*

Olivia: Well, whatever you want...

Rafael: *smiles* This is going in my bag as a souvenir. [CONF: Turns out that my fake idol... was actually fake. So, I'll just wear it as a necklace -- I take pride in this. *puts idol around neck* Anyways, it looks like it's me, Olivia, Sarah, and Michelle still together. However, Grace's final three deal is still on the table, but I still need to make sure to talk to Olivia more about that idea, so that we're all in the same boat.]
