2 weeks later

"Naruto! Come on we're gonna be late!"I called up and he came down. I fixed his hair slightly and we headed out the festival. Today was the festival of the defeat of Kyuubi,Naruto's birthday. He was on a team with Sasuke, and a girl Sakura Haruno,who Naruto liked. I didn't really like Sakura, but if Naruto ended up dating her I wouldn't say anything. We meet up with Naruto's team and smacked Naruto upside the head. "I told you Kakashi would be in one too."I gloated and Naruto pouted. He didn't want to wear the kimono till I told him Kakashi would be wearing one. "Ki-Oba! Can we go play some of the games?"he asked and I nodded smiling. "Be back by dinner time!"I exclaimed as they ran off. "They'll be fine Naoki."Kakashi said and I nodded. "I know. I just don't want them out too late."I said as we walked threw the festival. I didn't really care for the festival as my Brother and his Wife both died, but it was Naruto birthday so I didn't completely hate the day. Many people visited the memorial today for my brother. "The Chunnin exams are coming up soon."Kakashi said and I nodded. "You letting them go in?"I asked and he nodded. "Gai is letting his team in this year."Kakashi told me and I chuckled. "Anko is still running part 2, so she can watch over Naruto. And the ANBU surround part 3 so I can watch him then. I'm not really worried about the test part."I thought and heard Kakashi chuckle. "You just always think of protecting Naruto huh?"he asked and I shrugged. "He's all I have left Kakashi. I lost Minato and Kushina 13 years ago. But I gained Naruto. Guess it wasn't a total loss."I said and smiled seeing Naruto win one of the games. He ran to me and handed me a fox stuffed animal. "Won this for you Ki-Oba!"he smiled and I ruffled his hair. "Thanks Naru."I held onto the fox and he ran off back with his team. "He loves you. Your like his mother. If he wasn't told to call you his aunt he'd probably be calling you mom."Kakashi said looking at Naruto. "He did once. When he was 5. He didn't say again. I wouldn't care if he did or not. Eventually I have to tell him Im his blood aunt."I said and Kakashi gave me his famous closed eye smile. We walked around and played a few of the games. We ran into Kureani, Asuma, Anko, and Iruka. They were all in one group together. "Naoki! Kakashi!"Gai exclaimed coming up with his team. Neji was zoned out, Tenten was staring at Neji. Lee was freaking out,as always. I ruffled Neji's hair making him blush. "Have fun you guys!"I called out as we tried to find the kids. Naruto hugged my waist pouting. "We're hungry!!"he whined and I laughed. We went to the ramen house and ate. The kids tried seeing Kakashi's face,making me laugh at how they failed. I understood why, hell I've never seen his face before. "It's late we should get you guys home."I said and they nodded. "Sakura. Would you want to stay at my place? It's closer than your house is."I offered and she nodded. "I can run by and tell your parents."Kakashi said and we headed toward my apartment. "Sasuke you have clothes here from last time and Sakura you can wear my old clothes till you get home tomorrow."I said and they nodded. "Naruto show Sakura the guest room."I said and they walked off. "Thanks Kakashi."I smiled and he nodded. "Naoki."he said when I was about to close the door. "Yes?"I asked tilting my head,a habit kinda like Naruto saying Believe it. Kakashi swallowed kinda nervous looking before blurting out. "I've loved you for a long time will you go out with me!?!"
