The dinner

This is going to be a nerve wreak for me. I can't stand awkward dinners.

It makes you want to curl up in a ball and die.

It is only for tonight Nadia and you can have fun with your new friend.

I can do this. I can I first have to stop hyperventilating now.

"Nadia go get the door please!" My dad coming down the stairs fixing his tie.

I walk to door slowly but nervously. I don't know why I am nervous it is only a friend right?

MATT'S POV

Ok this dinner determines if I get to have her but I wanna talk this slow.

"Matt make sure you are a nice boy and fix your shirt, boys these days" my mom said

" you mean werewolves these days?" My dad laughs

" Tony that is not funny! Tell your son to be respectful!"

" son I don't even know how we are mates but gotta love her. Now you have yours." My mom crosses her arms in defeat but smiled that I have my mate.

I rang the door bell hoping that Nadia will open the door.

My wish came true. She opened the for and she looked beautiful than ever before. Not that she doesn't look good ever is that the light shows her complexion more.

"Are you going to come in or just check me out?" I blushed so hard I think that it is possible to turn blood red.

" I umm.... I er...." I couldn't find anything to say.

"Hahaha!!" My mom, dad, and Nadia and her parents laughed.

" your adorable Matt when you blush but I think we should eat cus I am SATRVING!" Nadia said smiling

Nadia's POV

I really wanted to kiss embarrassed face but we are friends and I don't wanna make it weirder than it was.

We sat down at the table and started eating the food my mother set out. It was really cool and it was nothing that I expected too.

I looked around and noticed that Matt was sitting next to me. I looked at him and he turn to me. I saw his dark blue eyes as he looks into my dark brown ones.

I turned away quick and ate my food.

" mom may I be excused?" I simply asked

" of course sweetie and take Matt with you please now it is time for adult talk."

" I ain't 5 i am 17"

" Just go Nadia"

Me and Matt go to my room. I sit down on the bed and say

" What? You can play on your phone or do whatever"

Matt's POV

Nadia took out her phone and started texting. Did I do something she seems kinda beat.

"Hey Nadia wanna do something really cool? I know your a goodie so we won't do the nasty way" I say with a smile

" what makes you think that I am a goodie?" She didn't look happy

"Sorry I umm...."

"Hey it's fine. Ok so what do you want to do?" She try to say with a smile

"Ok since you have your phone out and I do too, we are going to prank call." She smiled and nodded.

"So now I am going to pick a couple number on my contact list- ah here we go my friend Jake."

I sat right next to her on her bed. I gave her the number and she typed it in her phone, she pushed call.

It rang for a while then Jake picked up

"Hello?" Jake answered

" baby I want you and I need you I have your address and everything. "

" what the heck? You have the wrong number"

" Jake don't deny it we need each other"

"Ahh!! Leave me alone your freak!"

He hangs up.

We laugh so hard that we can barely breathe. We look at each other and lean in.

Her lips were warm and I kiss harder she starts running her fingers through my hair.
