The sound of the horns could be heard loud on the road. Flashes of light from the car. A person lying on the road, blood continuously oozing out from his body.
"P Zee ...P Zee" A boy could be heard screaming and crying loud. Soon the injured was brought in an ambulance and taken to the hospital.
Flashback
"Saint" Zee said cheerfully waving at Saint.
"Wait I am coming" he jestured Sainy and ran towards him little realising that a car was coming towards him.
As Saint saw the car approaching Zee, his wide smile instantly faded.
"P Zee stop,look there" he screamed running to save Zee.
But too late.
The car hit Zee on his side and he flipped in the air, before hitting the ground.
"Nooooooo" Saint screamed running to Zee who was lying on the road unconscious, blood oozing out from his body.
Saint instantly put Zee's head on his lap and tried to wake him up.
"P Zee P Zee ...Wake up " Saint panicked as hell not getting any response from the older.
Flashback ends
Saint was holding Zee's hand tightly in the ambulance.
"P Zee P Zee plz hang in ..We ll reach the hospital soon ...Plz phi don't leave me" Saint cried hard not leaving his love's hand even for a second.
When they reached the hospital, Zee was immediately taken to the emergency.
Saint tried to follow but was stopped by the nurses.
"Sir you can't go inside...You need to wait here." One of the nurse said.
"No no ..I want to be with P Zee. Let me go" Saint struggling hard to go to Zee.
"Sir it will make things worse. And I hope you don't want that" the nurse said sternly.
Saint stopped struggling hearing the nurse. He looked down, tears continuously rolling.
"P Zee plz get fine soon, plz phi come back to Saint naa" Saint murmured to himself hoping Zee could hear him.
The doctors were trying to stabilise Zee's heartbeat which was being feeble with time.
"Doc, the patient is losing his heartbeat" The nurse said
Saint heard the nurse as he was standing just outside the emergency. He started crying even harder.
"Plz god save phi Zee ..Plz...I can't live without him" he prayed silently.
"Nurse get the AED prepared ,we need to restore the patient's heartbeat"
The AED (the machine which gives shock to heart) was prepared. Shocks were given to Zee's heart in hope of reviving the pulse.
1st shock- no response
The intensity was increased
2nd shock-no response
"Doc, I think he's dead, the heart isn't responding" the nurse said in concern.
Saint listened to what the nurse said and just froze . His legs began to get weak. With trembling steps, he tried to walk towards Zee. Tears continuously rolling down.
"Let's give one last try" Doc said
"Phi plz wake up...Phi I need you..You can't leave me like this" Saint murmured hoping for any miracle to happen.
