Make a left on insanity
A right on distraction
And a sharp u-turn on reality
If you can do that no problem
Why were you traveling down that road anyways
The only way for you to travel that road
Is to be unaware of it
If you are aware I didn't make sense for you to be there in the first place
If you become aware mid-turn
Stay calm and keep going straight
Keep going until the road ends
Then go some more
Keep going until you reach shore
Then swim
Keep swimming
Until you find an island
Sit on that island until you figure out why you are there
And then retrace your steps
But
Before you do
Take a deep breath
And hold it until your heart stops
If you can do that
you can do anything
even while you were still breathing
If not
You have no control of yourself
If you can hold your breath that long
Don't do it
You won't be able to pass the message along
That is if you understand it
