y/n's POV
I dashed through the forest, looking for something to attack. Bear, raccoon, bird, anything goes. There's got to be something here that I can mess with. I haven't been outside in a while, it's been a at least a couple months actually. It's really boring being locked up in a mansion all day every day, training for hours and hours on end. I get that my parents expect for me to become the best assassin alive, but I'm only 14. This is too much.
As an assassin, I've been taught to walk silently, making no sound at all. I do it so fluently now I don't even have to think about doing it to start doing it. It's actually one of the first techniques I was taught. The element of surprise gives you a much larger advantage the majority of the time.
I stop to take a breath, although I really could keep going. I might be out here for hours looking for something to go after, so I might as well take a break.
I walk up to a tree and allow myself to slowly slide down against it as I slumped over it. I haven't been sleeping a lot, since my parents normally only allow me to sleep between 1-4 hours a night, depending on how much training needs to be done and how well I did the night before. A little nap wouldn't hurt anyone, right? It's always been like this since I was a baby and first started my training. My parents are extremely strict when it comes to this type of stuff. If I truly had to, I could go without sleep for a few days, maybe even a week, but when I do, I tend to get headaches after so long so I try to avoid it if I can.
My eyes slowly begin to close as I drift off into sleep, until I hear something. To the left of me, a bush rustles. In the blink of an eye, I grab my knife out of my secret pocket on my shoe and leap at whatever was in the rustling bush, giving them no time to escape. The boy before me tried to activate his power to escape, but I tackled him before he could. He had white, fluffy-looking hair. I wanted to touch it, but now's not the time. I have him pinned down on his stomach, to where I can't see his face.
"HAHA! I got you!" I exclaimed.
"Oi! Let me go you Baka! I'll kill you." He said with a dark tone. He tried to squirm out of my grasp, but failed anyways.
"And what makes you think I can't kill you?" I place the sharp part of my knife to his throat. "All it takes is one cut and we'll be done here."
I flipped him over to on his back, still restraining him. My eyes widened when I looked at his face. The white hair, the pale skin, the blue eyes. How could I not have noticed before? I recognized those eyes instantly.
"Sooo, Mr. Zoldyck, why were you stalking me?" I ask.
He looked at me with a shocked and confused expression.
"I wasn't, you pig. And how the hell do you know if I'm a Zoldyck or not?" He questioned.
"Yup. Definitely a Zoldyck." I deadpanned.
He scowled.
"Ya know, if I really wanted to, I could break free and kill you." He pointed out.
"There's no need. We can't kill each other, unfortunately."
"And why's that?"
