My name is Maria , everyone calls me Mari , I'm working as a voice engineer, currently i'm working with Liam Payne, actually I worked with liam for the past two years but a few months ago I helped with louis Tomlinson's album. Liam was the one who asked me to help louis, Thats why I worked with him.
From what Liam said , it appears that he and louis' relationship is very strong, he talks a lot about him.
I forget to mention that me and liam are best friends, we started as two working colleagues but through the years we've built a very strong friendship. he tells me everything in his life, about his girlfriends, his family, his friends, even his dreams, he is used to tell me all but the most thing he speaks about is ONE DIRECTION and his memories with the boys. he is truly in love with his old band. yes I said it right, his old band. From what i see, i don't think that this band will reunite again, I believe there is a lot of problems between the boys , a problems they didn't work on solving , a problems that remains as unsolved for all these years, so it's hard to try to have the same things and the same feelings while you don't have the same heart.
To be honest, I'm not a one direction fan, I love the boys solo music, but I didn't listen to them or watch them while they were in the band, all the things I know about them is from what liam told me.
Today, me and liam were working until late at night, we kept repeating the work, so it took us forever to accomplish a few things, I love to make everything as perfect as I can, compeared to the other voice engineers in the Industry, liam feels really tired when he works with me because I make him repeat everything many times, but he told me a lot of times that he loves to work with me because in the end we will have a perfect album that makes him forget all the tiredness and exhaustion, he is a very nice man with a very big heart.
After some time we took a break , I went to get us some coffee to keep us awake, liam was starting to sleep while standing up, he needs it. when I get back liam was on the phone, it seems like he is speaking with louis and it's serious, I gave liam his privacy , if it's not that serious, he will tell me all about it in another time. I left the coffee on the table and left the room, closed the door behind me and waited in the corridor while drinking my coffee.
5 minutes has already passed and liam didn't open the door yet, i waited for another 2 minutes then I opened it and asked him if everything was okay ? he made a sign with his hand asking me to wait and stay in the room.
I went and sit on the couch next to him, I can hear louis crying on the phone, well, that's weird, he is a tough man, I never imagine that something will make him cry, when i worked with him, someone deleted all of the records by mistake, I thought that louis will break down into tears after all the hard work he did, but all he said was "it's okay lad, it can happen to any of us. we need to do all again in a better way". so hearing him cry like that was strange to me.
While I was thinking, liam hang up the phone and said " Mari , we need to wrap up today, lou needs me" while he was shaking my shoulders. "do you want me to help" I asked but I was shocked that i said that since we need to finish all the work today and i was planing to work until morning, it was strange that I will let him go anyway. "I mean, if you can come with me it will be amazing" liam said, "I will do anything to help you, lets go" I said while opening the door.
We went in my car, liam told me the name and the directions to the bar that louis was in, I drove there and once we arrived, we both got off the car and headed inside.
