Head girl

He is really nice and doesn't mind when he is teased for hanging out with me,(especially by tiana ). At the moment I am not really fussing about anything, because tomorrow the principal is announcing the head girls, there will be one for each house, green,blue,and purple. I really hope I get a chance for my house,imogen is in purple, charlotte is in green,and i am in blue. Which gives me a better chance of becoming head girl because charlotte and imogen are way better leaders than i am, we actually first met at a meeting for student leaders when we were put together in a group.
When I got off the bus at home, my family was baffled at my boisterous behaviour. "Surely having a chance of becoming head girl isn't that exciting " was my big sisters comment, she was perfect at everything, she probably thought head girl of the whole school was a big deal, not the year 7 head girl of a house. All mum said was " don't get your hopes up, head girl is a big deal, i will still come to the assembly in case your name is read out.That morning i was completely ready for school by 6:45 am so I could do a role play if my name was called so i could look like a responsible role model. By the time i was at school at 7:10, imogen and charlotte were already there, they came and told me that there was a student leader meeting. Oops I forgot to mention that the teacher who is the head of blue year 7s arranged for one republic to come to our school, she also arranged for the year 7 head girl to have the opportunity to invite one republic to their house and help them prepare for their concert, this was why i was so eager to get head girl yr7 for blue. Now,back to the story, mrs mackey, the teacher who organised one Republic which is only 2 days away gathered all the student leaders to chat about the job of a head girl and head boy and some last minute words of wisdom for the students. There was a pretty high chance of me becoming head girl because there were only four members from blue in student leaders,ryan and luke ,and me and a really quiet girl called violet who isnt involved in much, she only got in because she is really good at maths.After the meeting,me charlotte,and imogen headed to the library, it was 7:30,we still had an hour and a half until the school bell went, so i spent 30 minutes catching up on some unfinished recounts, 30 minutes reading for pleasure, and 25 minutes researching one republic,at 8:55 the three of us rushed to class in time for the 9:00 bell, on our way marching up to us in shocking pink high heels and designer jeans, even though we had uniform was tiana noahs saying as though she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth to imogen and charlotte as though i wasnt there," hey girls, i hope you can come to my sleepover tommorow, it is in celebration of me becoming head girl, i have ordered rainbows end to be closed so we can go by ourselves and then go to a gold class cinema" imogen and charlotte were speechless for a moment, until charlotte said " sorry,lizzy asked us over for a small pizza party tommorow at the same time"in a voice that sounded like she actually was sorry. Tiana was furious and turned red with anger,"you would rather go to a pizza party with only you,imogen,and loser lizzy than stay up til midnight at rainbows end and then gold class cinema at 3 am, and skip school the next day" imogen responded " yes, i would rather spend time with my best friends than spend ages at rainbows end and the cinema, and I'm not even friends with you, lizzy's not a loser, you are", and with that tiana ran off in a mode that tells
us, she is going to do something bad (something even worse if imogen becomes head girl of purple instead of tiana. Along the way, we were discussing a plan for tommorow, charlotte, your lie was amazing, we actually can do it if we are all free. Hamish was shuffling up the corridor, as usual, he was quiet until he spotted us, in unison we all shocked hamish asking"do you want to come to our small pizza party and sleepover tommorow night, we decided to invite one person who we were all friends with, and we chose you " hamish was startled at his invite to a pizza party, and immediately accepted. When we had gotten everything ready for class the bell went on the dot of 9:00, as soon as mrs mackey called the roll she sent me up to make an announcement over the loud speaker for all the student leaders to come for a meeting before the assembly started. When i came back to class to grab my student leader folder, i heard Tiana gloating ," i am definitely going to be head girl for purple, it is in my blood. That is when i absolutley had enough of her and nearly yelled" you are not going to Become head girl, you are not even a student leader, and besides you haven't even tried for it and imogen is going to beat you by far " Tiana was furious, and stormed out of the room in a rage. As quick as i could, i dashed out of the classroom and into the hall for the meeting.
