Circles of happiness and sadness

At the meeting, mrs Mackey mentioned that everyone has tried very hard this year , the principal and i have noticed all of you, however in each house we noticed on boy and one girl from each year trying very hard at student leader meetings and during school time. I chose the blue, the principal chose the people for green, and the deputy principal chose purple,now will you please be seated on the bleachers while the students file in. As i joined up with charlotte and imogen , we tried to scream, but no sound came out, we were so excited. Together we took front seats on the bleachers.
When the whole hall was filled, it sizzled with excitement as mrs mackey took the stage. She made a slightly boringl speech before she announced the head girls and boys and the sizzle died down and then rose again when the speech was over and the announcing began ." We are going to start with green, the head girl is charlotte l, the hall echoed with applause, charlotte turned red with embarrassment as she was presented her badge.The hall cheered with a responsible leader for our school.The head boy for green is josh .Now for purple,the head girl for purple is imogen,and the head boy is ben,Tiana was furious,she let out a small scream but everyone could hear.Now the head girl for blue is....lizzy green. I tried to scream but no sound came out as I trotted onto the stage.I didnt pay attention to who the head boy was because I was so excited,me and my best friends were all head girls.
