It's been over a year since I last saw y/n...
One might think I would have forgotten her, as we only met a few times... Well that's not totally wrong, I missed her but not all the time, she was a good friend of mine and I would love to be friends with her again.
But like life goes on and eventually I forgot about her until today...

Today while I was watching TV an interview came up, it was of y/n. She was on Ellen's show.
I generally don't watch interviews but as it was of y/n I kinda wanted to watch it and I am glad that I did...

**interview**

Ellen : so y/n you have a new song "candy boy" coming up right?
Y/n : yup, that's true
Ellen : so what's this song about.
Y/n : ahh, it's actually a ballad. It is on the basis of an real incident.
Ellen : so, what's the story, which incident inspired the song to you.
Y/n : ohh it's long story..
Ellen : and we have got all the time to hear it, tell us.
Y/n : *chuckles* well, when I was about 8 years old and I was still living in Daegu town I used to go to the city park every day. One day I met a boy whom I had never seen before. We talked a lot. The weird thing was we talked for hours but we didn't even asked each other's names.
And honestly, he was the first person with whom I had such a long conversation. I felt really comfortable around him.
Ellen : oohhhh so he is your crush huh? Are you guys dating or something.
Y/n : *giggles* well I never met him after that day, I don't even know his name and honestly I have no idea about his current whereabouts.
Ellen : hmm, but why did you named the song as candy boy.
Y/n : ohh, that's because when we met I offered him the strawberries that I had and kind of ate his candies without even taking permission *embarrassed chuckle*
Ellen : *laughs* I hope that person might watch the interview and you may meet him again.
Y/n : I hope so too.
Ellen : Did the title "candy boy" was your first thought or you chose it after thinking of 2 - 3 titles
Y/n : actually, the songs first title that I thought was "dear stranger" but then I changed it to "candy boy"
Ellen : why so?
Y/n : I just felt that even if we were strangers I connected with him more than anybody else.
It was like we didn't knew each other but we still understood each other..
Which is very weird, because I only met him once..
Ellen : wow, it feels like you guys are destined.
Y/n : *chuckles*

I watched the interview,, and... Y/n is my strawberry girl....
She is the person for whom I wrote lyrics of cherry blossom....

I literally fell for the same girl twice...wow *chuckles*

I don't think I can hold back anymore...

I really need to talk to y/n
And tell her that I am that "candy boy"

It feels good that I wasn't the only one who remembered that day of Daegu Park. I am happy that she still remembers that little boy.

But what if she thinks of me as just a friend...
Well, I don't think she would have written an entire song then..
Aarrgh me and my confused feelings!!

Yk what, I should just tell her the truth and confess!

I mean what's worst case scenario, she would reject me and never talk again right?
But it's not like we talk anyways. And at least I would be satisfied that I tried, at least I won't have a regret that what if she would have said yes.

I texted y/n and requested her to meet me at the han river park tonight at 20:00.
And she agreed.

I have a few hours before I meet y/n I was about to plan proposal,
Damn I should have planned before asking her to come.
But before I could namjoon barged into my studio

Nj : hyung!! You need to see this.
Sg : *sigh* what is it namjoon.
Nj : Twitter is blowing up!
Sg : yk I don't care about social media and stuff. Right?
Nj : yes, I know that hyung but it's related to you and y/n!!
Sg : what!! I didn't even met her for about a year now!
Nj : it's because of her new interview.
