| Lillian's POV |

Yesterday our parents left for home. It was very tearful I can tell you that.

We had today off so we decided to sleep in and basically keep to ourselves for once. I've been watching Friends since noon. Yes. I woke up at noon, pretty early huh?

Gahh I know, it's sad.

Anyway, I walked down the stairs to the kitchen to put my dishes in the sink to soak, and found Haleigh already doing the same.

All of the sudden her phone starts ringing, she wipes off her hands and answers quickly.

"John! How are you?" I heard a muffled reply

"I'm good thanks. I actually have a little surprise for you." She grins "I found your daughter!"

I heard a yell in joy, the man sounded ecstatic.

"Yes I promise you, you want to talk to her right now? Yes she's here."

She hands me the phone and I give her the 'wtf' look so she just shoves the phone in my hand.

"Uhh hello?" I say

"Lilli-Bug?" I heard a somewhat familiar voice.

". . . Daddy?"

"Yes baby, it's Daddy." I instantly smile, tears making their way down my face.

"Oh my god, I can't believe it's you! I missed you so much."

"I missed you too, but I'll be over soon and we can spend the afternoon together and do whatever you want. Be ready honey."

"Okay Daddy, I'll see you soon."

I hung up and launched myself at a grinning Haleigh.

"THANK YOU!" I practically screamed, she giggles and hugs me tighter.

"You're welcome babe, now go get ready." She smacks my bum and I spring to my room almost face planting into the door.

I swear I almost took my closet door off its hinges.

You know, it amazes me how I can get out stage dances right, but I can be such a clutz.

I picked out a pair of high wasted jean shorts, and a black cut off t shirt with a neon green strapless sports bra, and some white converse.

I went into the bathroom, and lightly curled my hair and applied blush, mascara, and lip gloss. I then put some lotion on my legs, grabbed my shoulder bag and skipped down the stairs.

I sat on the couch and waited.

Three hours had passed and it was two in the afternoon. I had managed to keep myself busy by responding to some fans and playing Temple Run 2.

I had to plug my phone in because it was dying from all the stuff I was doing. I slowly dragged my feet across the floor and sat on the couch again.

Another two hours passed. It was now four o'clock. I started to think he wasn't going to show up.

Showing me once again, he doesn't care. Although I have to admit it kinda hurts. It hurts to think that my own father doesn't give to shits about me.
