I stood outside of JJ's house, waiting. He told me if I start to hear yelling, to just get away. But I didn't hear any yelling. I didn't hear anything in fact. He came outside and looked flustered. "What happened?" "He was passed out on the sofa. SO I went to just grab the keys and he woke up. Then he said he loved me and that I reminded him of mom. And then he passed out again." "I don't know what to say to that?" "Um, I don't either. He was pretty drunk and I'm guessing he didn't even know what he was saying. I also don't think he noticed that I haven't been here for a few days now." "But you normally aren't here." "Yeah. Bright side, I got the keys." He said holding them up. "Good. I guess." "Well, it'll be good if it runs." "And if it doesn't?" "John B is fucked." 

Kie met up with JJ and me and we went to get the boat. We got to the storage place and JJ got super excited about the boat. "Wow." I said sarcastically. "Thank you for the sarcasm Gabbie." "Well well well. Look who we have here." Some one said. We turned around to see it was the guy who tried to take the gold from us. "What the fuck are you doing here?" JJ said hopping out of the boat. "We're here to kick your asses." Rafe said walking into the storage place. "I thought we dealt with you already. Unless you really do wanna get shot." "Watch your mouth bitch." "Don't talk to my girlfriend like that!" "Back off JJ." "Aw. Your her bitch. How funny. If you want a real man, my offer is still open." I walked up to him and kneed him in the groin. "You wanna play like that. Alright." The drug dealer guy said coming up to me. Kie shoved him off of me and punched him. Suddenly, we all started going at each other. JJ and Kie worked on the drug dealer dude, I think his name was like Barry or some shit, while I got Rafe. "Dude, how many times am I gonna have to beat the shit out of you before you understand I never have been and never will be into you." He looked up at me with a sickening grin and yanked my hair and grabbed my boobs. I quickly grabbed his wrists and twisted them behind his back. "Don't you ever pull that kind of shit again or you are gonna end up with two broken wrists and a bullet through your skull." I pulled his arms together, not enough to break them, but enough fr him to feel pain. "Now, you and your little drug dealer buddy are gonna get the fuck out of here and not mess with us again. Okay?" "You're so rough. I love it." I pulled on his arms some more. We started to moan in pain. "Now get the fuck out of here." I said letting go of him and shoving him away. He looked at Barry and Barry started to run away. "You are fucking psycho." "And don't you forget it." I said as he started to run away. "Kie, I'm gonna need you to go on a like 10 minute long walk." "No." She said walking over to her car and backing it in. "Maybe when we aren't going through a time sensitive thing." I said patting his shoulder.

"Pope. So glad to see you could make it." I said getting out of the car and hugging him. "Hey. Sorry I wasn't there to help. But I got the gas and some food." "Great. We got attacked by Rafe and his drug dealer friend but I threatened to break his fucking arms if they ever tried to do that shit again and they ran off like scared little girls." "Glad we're all caught up." "She runs like a beaut!" JJ said parking to boat by the dock and getting out. "Good." "Yeah. How are you feeling about all of this? "Not great. To be honest." I said. He put his arm around my shoulders and hugged me close. "It's okay." We suddenly hear police sirens and we all yelled, "Shit!" We turned around to see a police truck but we were shocked to see who stepped out of it.

"Holy shit John B. You gave us all a heart attack." He laughed and gave everyone a hug. "Where is Sarah?" "I don't know." "She's not here?" Pope said sarcastically looking around for her. We all laughed and John B looked a little worried. "I bet she's fine. She might have gotten held up somewhere." I reassured him. "Okay. We should just wait a minute before we go." "We?" "Yeah. You are coming with us right?" He asked. Everyone suddenly went quiet and looked at me and John B. "Bird. I- I don't know what to say." "Say that you're coming. You, me, and Sarah. Mexico Doesn't that sound fun." "Bird." "Please come. I can't stand the thought of leaving you here. You read and heard what dad said. I have to look out for you now. How am I gonna do that from Mexico." "John B. I can't go with you. I just can't." "Why?" "My life is here. My friends. My boyfriend. I can't just pack up and leave because you want me to." I saw his eyes start to tear up. "I don't want you to leave just as much as you don't want me to stay. Probably more. I wish that all of this would go away and we could go back to having a normal summer. But it can't." "I know. I know." He said with a sniffle. "I love you Bird. I love you so much." I said hugging him. "I love you too Flower." He said hugging me. "Shit." Kie said wiping her eyes. "Get in here." I said extending out my arm to let everyone in the hug. John B got in the boat and started up the engine. "You guys look out for her. And each other." "Will do." "And JJ," John B said pointing to JJ, "I don't care how I hear it. But if I hear you got her knocked up, I'll get back here and beat the shit out of you." "Roger that." "Gabbie." He said pointing to me. "I'm gonna miss you so fucking much." "I'm gonna miss you too." I said with a smile. "Alright. Off I go." He said, beginning to drive off. "Bye!" We all said as we waved. I put JJ's arm around me shoulders as I began to cry a little. "Stop crying Gabbie or I won't leave." "I'm fine. Go before the cops show up." "Love you guys!" "Love you too!" We said as he drove off out of sight.
