Shermy woke up in bed, feeling cold, dirty, and just feeling off. Her fur was rough and all over the place, her clothing was messed up with holes in her tank top and she was missing her robe at the foot of her bed.
"Baise moi..." She groaned. Without a doubt, last night was something else but she couldn't figure out what happened. It didn't matter, she had to get ready for the day. She doesn't like to dwell on details too much since it stresses her more than she'd like it to.
She picked up her iPod and walked to the bathroom. God damn, she really looked like a mess, like she got ran over a truck type mess. She placed her iPod on her stereo and played her usual daily playlist of songs and got undressed.
"Now Playing: Float On - Modest Mouse," the stereo said softly.
It began playing the song as Shermy entered the shower and she couldn't help singing along to it. She loved this song since high school and she remembered the lyrics pretty well. "And we'll all float on okay..." She sang proudly. After the song ended she felt better about the day and clean too. Today might be good, who knows?
Turning off the shower and drying off, she brushed her fur and did her usual hygiene stuff, she grabbed her iPod off the stereo and got dressed in clean clothing. A black shirt and baggy jeans are usually good enough for her but because she couldn't find her robe she settled with the old hoodie she wore a few years ago. She wouldn't enjoy it very much wearing something almost too small for her but it's at least something to cover up in.
"I'll find my robe at some point in the afternoon, it's probably under my bed or something..." She thought to herself. She'll check later, it doesn't matter right now. She headed downstairs and grabbed the earbuds, meds, and keys from the front door desk and left her house to go through another day in the world.
