Andrew and I both walk outside and sit on a bench.
"So Laura, I heard you and Ross broke up" he says and I look down
"Oh uh ya" I say and look down
"So I've been wanting to ask you this for a while and now I think I'm ready" when he says that I lean back a little, oh my god what is he gonna ask me? "Will you go on a date with me?" I freeze
Did he ask me to go on a date with him?
But he's my friend and I don't feel that way about him
Oh my gosh what should I say
Suddenly he speaks up so that my thoughts are interrupted "Laura?" He asks and I take a deep breath
"Andrew, can I have some time?" I ask and he nods
"Ya sure, take all the time you need" he says and I nod and smile "I'll see you around" he says and I nod while he walks away
I really don't know what to do
"Laura?" I hear a voice ask
I look up and it was Rydel
"Hey Delly" I say to her with a sigh
"What's up?" She asks me and sits next to me
"Andrew just asked me out" I say and she looks at me in shock
"What did you say?" She asks me
"I said I would think about it" I say
"but what about Ross" Rydel says to me and I look at her
"I-I don't know what I'm gonna do"
