25 minutes earlier

I drove out then not knowing the address was an issue all thanks to Google map. Like I know the area was along Idu train station but then I can't say where exactly...

I finally got a route

The place was kind of bushy with houses

Some buildings were still under construction

We finally got to the hospital

Then I dialed the number  and told him I have a message for him then he said I should get inside the hospital then ask of him

I handed the phone to bexxi while I waited in the car as she got inside to give him the card.

Immediately she entered the car after giving him the card

She was like the guy is a......
He gave her attitude

I couldn't stop laughing

Bexxi what did you go and do..

And she said I should leave her okay....

Present

We were done for the day I was so stressed put already..

I dropped Bexxi at home, observed my Asr  prayer and left for home also.

I was on my way Back home then Yusuf called me telling me that we need to meet right now

I asked him where he was, so i could meet him

He said we should meet at Jabi Lake mall

It was a 30 minutes drive from where I was.

Glory be to God there was no traffic

I finally got there, I actually wanted to get a gift for my sister more like a wedding gift.

So after we met, we went together to get the gift.

"So how are you my love? " he said as we walked into the mall

"Am fine. You? " I replied

" same as you" he said. We chitchatted, I finally decided on getting her a card then a cook book which she had always wanted. I got a wrapping sheet also.. When we were done, we had ice cream then we strolled down admiring nature

"The view is amazing" he said

"Yesss it really is " I replied... we continued admiring and appreciating the nature while we strolled.

"Ever since I was little, I loved the way birds fly in groups.. it's really amazing they make shapes and designs.. so lovely " I said walking little did I know I wasn't together with Yusuf, I kept on walking next thing I heard my name called from behind

"Aidah" he said which made me to turn.

On turning I saw him on his knees..

I don't want to believe this

He is proposing to meeeeee

Shit

"Yes Yusuf" I said as I turned and walked towards him

"It has been a long time that we know each other. Its just that I have never felt this way ever . Your hair, your eyes , your face … just mesmerise me. Whenever you walk through the door, my heart says .. damn, she's gorgeous. I just want to say that it has never been before , and will never even be after . It's only gonna be today. Whenever i see you , i forget whats going on with me. My heart races when I feel you around. I assure you that I will never ever let even a single tear drop from your eyes. Girl, you are a work of art. I never ever felt this way with anyone except you. Whenever you aren't near , my eyes keep searching for you. My mind thinks of you. Whenever I see you, my heart says , she's the one you are looking for. That innocence, that voice , that personality .. is so intricating. I want to start my day with you and end it with you. Your presence makes me feel ME. My eyes shy away , but my heart brings me back towards you. I promise you that I will never ever leave you and I will love you from the core of my heart . You are my fantasy. You make me smile. I am happy with you . Please step inside my heart , my heart is waiting for you . I love you...

I was so excited but I remained calm..

I took my time. It's a matter of life and death... I thought of it. My answer was nothing but a yes.. of course am willing to be Mrs.... And yup am willing to spend the rest of my life with him.. I put all trust in him and I know he won't break my heart. I gave him my all so did he. I love him so so much.

"Yes I will " I said as smiling as he put the ring in my finger ...

I was so excited..

I have finally my prince charm and now I will or my love story Wil have a happily ever after ending.

After our engagement, he then confessed all his feelings to me after which we drove back to our various homes..

Immediately I got home

I ran to Ummu Aymanahs room

"Heyyou Sissa guess what ??? " I said so excited

"Please just say it I can't guess .." she replied

"Just try ... " I said

"I can't... my brain is dead right now." She said

"Okay okay okay shh shhh shhh shhh shhh shhh come closer closer get that's close enough Ummu.... am engaged.. Yusuf has proposed to me.." I said showing her the ring

"Wowww this is really a good news sis am so happy for yayyyy!!" She squealed

We lastly had lots to fun and screams. I was so happy and I miss her already .

At last i retired to my room

I observed my salah freshened up then went to meet my dad in the parlour

"Salam Abba ina wuni.." I greeted

"Aidah lafia how are you? Were you able to deliver the card?" Abba asked

" Am fine Alhmadulilah Abba and yesss I did" I said

"that's good. May Allah reward you. Allah yayi miki albarka."

"Ameen ameen Abba" I said feeling blessed
