It's raining and Taehyung tried his best to not get wet under his umbrella. School was the last place he wanted to be in and luckily he's currently on his way home.

He missed his bed. The thought alone makes him want to cry.

He passed by a convenience store and decided He'll buy sausages and meat for dinner. Luckily, his Dad gave him his credited card back after he found out that his son drove pass the speed limit, thus why he's going home to his apartment by foot.

he went inside the store, closing his umbrella and leaving it in front of the glass door. He walked to the frozen section picking up sausages and meat before putting them inside the cart.

Since he's already here, he figured out he'll just buy the rest of the things he needed back home. Taehyung picked up some tissue, cereals, eggs, chips, sesame oil, salt, pancake mix, and a few bottles of strawberry milk.

He emptied the cart at the cashier and noticed that the cashier was being he's usual bright self.

Hoseok

His name was pinned on his uniform.

"Aww, you always never forget to buy strawberry milk every time you buy something." Hoseok giggled, and Taehyung wanted to roll his eyes until they permanently get stuck in the back of his head.

"So what, it ain't your business." Taehyung told him nonchalantly, gesturing to just scan the items quickly. He only smiled brighter then getting back to work. He held his card out for him to take.

"Ugh, why are teenagers in your generation so hormonal?" He shakes his head as he smiles playfully.

"Yeah, we're known as the generation who's always wanting to die." Taehyung took the paper bag where the items are and turned around to leave, not waiting for him to reply and start a fucking conversation.

He can see only a few people are walking on the streets now, they must've went inside buildings or stores to find shelter from the rain, and by the looks of it, it's going to rain harder that it already is.

"Eyyy!!!"

He almost, almost jumped from the sudden scream that invaded his ears. But luckily he didn't faze, only making sure to keep on walking as he ignored the girl screaming beside him, completely ignoring her existence.

"I know you can hear me!" She screamed again. Taehyung felt irritated when she poked him on his shoulder. But nonetheless the boy still didn't give her attention.

He looked straight ahead with his face bare from any emotions until he can already see the building of his apartment in view.

"Fine!" She gave up with touching him to catch his interest. "I'll just follow you until you reach home. I'll do anything until you talk to me."

Dumb bitch

Taehyung didn't give a reply, only climbing the stairs and taking out the keys out of his back pocket struggling to place the umbrella against the wall while his left arm is holding the grocery and the right fumbling to find which key.

His place is on the sixth floor, the last floor. He liked how most of the rooms here are still aren't occupied yet so no neighbors fucking at 3 am or noisy emo rock music fans to blast rock songs.

He wanted to scream when he saw the girl following him inside, saw her taking a seat on the couch in his peripheral vision before he stride to the kitchen to put the grocery on the counter.

If I see a speck of dust or dirt on my couch, I'm gonna hang her on the ceiling.

"Are you still gonna ignore me?!" She asked loudly, thinking that she'll look cute if she pouts. "Stop acting like you don't see me! Cause it fucking hurts my feelings!"

He's this close. So close in losing it.

Taehyung took a mental note that if the bitch wouldn't stop talking he's gonna hang her on the ceiling. Thankfully he's always good in ignoring people, maybe this is the reason why. He turned around to put the eggs, meat, and strawberry milk inside the fridge while the others on the shelves.

This kind of situation are getting out of hand, when would this people stop bothering him? He doesn't even have friends so how can they expect him to help? He felt tired, his mind relaxed at the fact that tomorrow is saturday. All he wanted to do was study or watch Netflix while eating chips.

But a slap echoed inside the almost empty apartment when he turned around and didn't expect to be facing a girl with dark hair and brown eyes staring up at him with shock evident on her face.

"Did you just slap me?"

Taehyung didn't know how to answer yet, he certainly didn't mean to do what he just did but his reflexes reacted how they should.

"Who wouldn't if you sneak up on them?!" He shouted. "I slapped you because I was startled bitch!"

"So you could you can actually see me all along?! Then why didn't you even acknowledge my presence?!" The girl screamed back at him, her hands in a fist.

"Because your presence isn't welcome in this place!" Taehyung shot back. He pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration. "Just go back to wherever the fuck you came from." He sighed.

"I wouldn't be here if I know, Idiot! And I'm scared." She looked down as she whispered the last sentence.

Meanwhile Taehyung wanted to laugh but seeing the girl's terrified expression, he thought against it. "What kind of ghost gets scared?" He raised an eyebrow. "I should be the one who's pissing in my pants right now."

Taehyung walked out of the kitchen to his living room but he sensed the girl following him. He settled comfortably on his couch as he lazily looked for any shows on Netflix that catches his eye. His eye twitched when the girl sat down too but maintained a good distance from where Taehyung is.

"You don't understand. It's crazier out there than it usually is." Her voice was no more than a whisper as if she's scared anyone would hear a secret she's about to say.

This time Taehyung faced her, an indication for her to continue talking. "It's about Fate."

Taehyung looked at her curiously. "Fate? You mean Namjoon? What is he on now?"

The girl looked around them, obviously making sure that no one, no soul or living human is present. "He marked a boy. Now everyone is going crazy. I heard that if one would kill him and offer Fate his heart, Fate would give them anything they wish for."

Taehyung scoffed. He knew Fate for as long as he can remember and he had the displeasure of even having a conversation with him once.

Taehyung chuckled. "He really is cruel toying with a poor boy. This is why he never gets promoted to a deity. And why would he do that if he could just finish him off himself?"

"Because he can't." Her voice went even lower if that was even possible. "Some say he's blessed with unbelievable amount of luck until Fate did everything in his power to shower him with misfortune. And another thing was that he can't kill him. Needless to say, the boy is powerful without even knowing it. So Fate spread the news that he needs to be killed now every ghost and spirit is after him."
