Jace's POV

I woke up around 7 to find Riele on her phone.

"You're not supposed to be using that, you'll get hurt. Y'know what, instead of texting me, why don't you talk to me" I said.

I sat on her bed and helped her to sit.

"So how did this happen" I asked.

"Well... I was on my way home. I felt like you didn't trust me and you think I'm one of those girls so I got angry" I started.

"Woah... I trust you, I don't trust HER, she's clingy and dangerous" I replied.

"Whatever, I got a thousand texts from her so I took my phone and checked them, after all there weren't any cars there and I made sure I was in the right lane" I continued.

"Are you sure" I asked.

She just rolled her eyes at me and continued.

"When I put my phone down I got another one. It read "watch out".

"I turned forward and saw Isabella in my car, I drifted out of the way and I found myself on a bed" she said.

FOR THOSE THAT SKIPPED, STOP STOP STOP STOP

"So Isa did it, this is why I didn't want you to see her" I said regretting dating Isa.

So what are we gonna do, should we take her to jail cause she clearly wanted to kill me" she said.

"Not now, next time. I leaned in closer to her ear, "When she strikes again we'll have her on camera" I whispered.

"You're a sly fox, aren't you" she smiled.

I smiled back at her.

I tucked her hair behind her hair.

And that's when I heard the fire department shouting.

OK, It was just some people.

"Come out, your house is on fire" one screamed.

"Why do you guys hate me" she screamed back.

I picked her up and took her medicines too.

The fire started from the hall so we couldn't get out.

Riele fainted in my arms, she's probably scared.

I told them to put something there so that we could get down.

He brought a ladder and some mattresses incase we fall down.

I started climbing down the ladder as I held Riele.

I hope she doesn't fall.

As I climbed down a woman shouted.

"Don't drop her, oh no AHHHHHHHH" she  screamed.

I learn Spanish so I  understand what she said.

As soon as she screamed it scared me so much that I dropped her.

I wouldn't say scared but, shocked.

I let out a little shriek.

She was in my arms so I had to look down to check on her.

But when I looked down, I felt strange.

I didn't want to die, so because I was stressed out I dropped her.

"Nooo, Riele" I said.

I climbed down the ladder quickly and Thank God she was still alive.

She landed on the mattresses and bounced onto a fireman.
