Luigi paid $20 to the taxi driver that took him to his new house and started to walk toward the mansion. It had ivy running up its walls and a creepy statue in front of the building.
"This place looks creepy" Luigi muttered to himself.
CRASH!! Lightning struck and the creepy statue's shadow illuminated in the electrifying light.
"AH" Luigi was startled - by the lightning and the creepy shadow of the statue - he had a very scared look on his face.
Luigi cautiously walks up to the door and he opens it with a long, slow, CREEEEEEEEEAK!!! Luigi stepped inside the mansion and took in the sight of the main lobby.
The main lobby was covered in cobwebs with some dusty tables and a ripped up couch and lots of cobwebbed old paintings of old dudes/previous owners of the mansion and their families.
"Alright, let me see what is in this house and where I can sleep," Luigi thought to himself. Luigi went to many different rooms inside of the mansion, a kitchen, a dining room, and a few bedrooms, and they all seemed normal - dusty and full of cobwebs - until Luigi came across what looked like a music room. On the left side of the room, there was a grand piano and on the right hand side of the room there was a box.
Luigi went to the box and opened it and inside, there there was a bunch of different musical instruments including a saxophone, a trumpet, a guitar and a tambourine.
Then, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, the piano started to play. Luigi whipped around in shock and shouted, "AAAHHHH!!!" The second Luigi turned around, there was a bang and the top of the piano slammed down.
Luigi was starting to question why this mansion was only $1, and in the end, after about two minutes of thinking, Luigi decided that the mansion must be haunted.
"Uh oh," Luigi thought, "I think that I made a mistake coming here and buying it. Well, at least I can just leave." Luigi walked back to the main lobby, attempting to escape this place.
But in front of the door there was a strange round creature with a gold crown with a jewel on its head. "You will never this place... you are trapped... MWAHAHAHA!!!!" The Ghost maniacally cackles in a high-pitched jeering voice. It speaks in a series of different lengths and different pitched laughs formed together.
"Oh no!" Luigi thinks to myself, "I need to get out of here."
The Ghost shouts "Get him!!" and all of a sudden a dozen ghosts jump out and surrounds Luigi. "Oh no... what can I do now?"
The ghosts that were called were smaller than the one that is blocking my path to the door. All of the ghosts have their tongues hanging out , almost as if they were sticking their tongues out at Luigi, jeering at him and taunting him.
All of the smaller ghosts lunged at Luigi but he rolled to one side and dodged their attacks. Luigi then ran off up the stairs and ran into one of the bedrooms that he had found, hoping that he won't get caught by any of the ghosts...
I hope you enjoyed chapter two of The Mansion of Doom! Stay tuned for the next chapter to find out... what do the ghosts have in store for Luigi?
