Running For Love

Chapter 7

Laneys POV:

"You do?" We both said at the same time.

"Yes!" We said again at the same time and laughed. Our giggled died down, and our eyes just suddenly locked. He got really close to my lips, and whispered,

"Will you be my girlfriend Laney?"

"Yes caleb. Yes yes yes!" I said as he smiled and just kissed me. We made out for 5 minutes, and then released because we couldnt breath.

"So who are we telling that we're dating? We can only tell certain people because of the media and we cant let your mom find out." Caleb asked. I hesitated before i spoke, but i knew this was the right thing to say.

"Lets tell her." I said suddenly.

"Laney, are you sure you wanna tell her?" Caleb asked while holding my hand in his.

"Yes. Yes! Lets tell her. Lets tell your parents! My adopted parents! Lets tell everyone!" I smiled.

"Okay baby. But what if Brittany finds out that you're her daughter?" Caleb asked.

"Its not going to be easy." I said. "Brittany/my mom, has 2 sons who are actually my half brothers. Unless she had them with my dad. I havent foud out who he is yet. But one of the kids are 8 and his names Will, and the others 10 and his names josh."

"Okay yeah, i know both of them. But why do they matter?" Caleb asked.

"I look exactly like them." I said like he was stupid or something.

"Right. I keep forgetting about that." He said. He yawned and laid down.

"Babe, Im tired." He said while closing his eyes.

"Me too. I'll go home." I said while standing up, trying not to fall off the roof and die.

"No, stay." He said and pulled me back down into his arms. I laid with him and we both fell sound asleep.

~morning~

"What the?!" I said while sitting up.

"FREDO!" Caleb yelled in a sexy raspy voice. Caleb sat up and we were soaked. "Stop recording!" He said and splashed the camera with water that was in his hair. Fredo was laughing so hard he couldnt breath. Then you heard a smaller giggle.

"Uncle ryan?!" Caleb said while looking inside his room from the window.

"Hi bud." He said through his laughs.

"Get out." Caleb said while laying back down on the roof.

"Well its 10:30." Ryan said while still laughing. "Time to get up!" He said.

"Why so early?" I asked while sitting up and yawning.

"Well at 11:30, caleb has to be on Jimmy Fallon for an interview and a performance of his new single, grand piano. And you're going." Chaz said to me.

"Um why?" I asked.

"Its only right if Caleb sings the song to the one its written about." Ryan said while winking. I was suprised caleb didnt yell at him, until i looked over and saw he was asleep.

"He wrote that about me?" I asked.

"If its not obvious enough," Ryan said. "Hes in love with you."

"I know.. We're dating." I said.

"But please dont tell anyone. I told caleb i didnt care if everyone knew, but it also was 2am and i swear i was like drunk without drinking alcohol. So theres that." I said.

"Okay, i wont." He chuckled. "But i get to pour more water on caleb if i have to keep this secret."

"Deal." I smirked as he poured more water on caleb.

"STOP DOING THAT." Caleb said while sitting up and whiping off his face.

"Time to get ready babe." I said. "But first can you take me home to get ready?" I asked.

"Um you dont have time for that. Caleb, you stay here and get ready, i'll take you home Laney, you get ready, and i'll bring you back here in enough time so you can both go." Ryan said.

"Okay, well lets go." I said while going into calebs room thru the window. I fell on my face and caleb laughed so hard. "Its not funny." I said while fake crying. He believed it.

"Awh baby, come here." He said while bending down to help me up. I got up and pushed him as he fell onto his bed.

"Gotcha babe." I winked and walked out. He laughed and ryan and I left. We got to my house and went in.

"I'll just watch tv down here while you get ready." Ryan said while sitting down on the couch and grabbing the remote.

"Hi honey, im home." My mom said while walking in the front door.

"Hi mom." I said.

"Whos this?" She asked.

"Ryan. i have to go to ready." I said while running upstairs. I took a shower, put on a cute little floral sundress and curled my hair loosely and got my brown heels. I went downstairs and saw ryan sleeping.

" laney." He said in his sleep. "I love you." My stomach dropped.

Woah guys.
Its the last day of 2014.
I remember i was still writing "All That Matters" at this time last year.
Its been a long and crazy year, i finished "All That Matters" and "You Saved Me" and im so glad we went on this journey together.
So lets make 2015 the best year.
