CHAPTER 70

Elena POV *picking up the kids*
Me and mattia were picking up mateo and chloe. Me and him had just woken up and it was 10:45am. I was on my phone and so tired I placed my head on the window.

Mattia: im tired asf and it is cold in the car

Elena: turn the heat on. I say pointing to the ac

Mattia: wasn't even thinking that

He turned it on and I felt the hot breeze it my face. I let out a sigh and closed my eyes. Around 20 mins later we arrived at my moms house. I got out the car and knocked on the door.

Mom: hey lupita, hi mattia. Ahe said with a smile

I gave her a hug and a yawn since I am tired.

Mom: tired?

Elena: yeah me and mattia just woke up

Mom: oh well the babies are still in the room I think mateo got up to brush his teeth

Dad: hello Elena. He said giving me a hug "hey Mattia" he said with no emotion

Oh yeah my dad really never liked mattia because of all the stuff he has done in the past. Its just that my dad was really never there to actually protect me from that stuff. Also a reason why I got pregnant at 15 :)
I sat on the couch and we had a conversation but it stopped when Mateo ran up to me.

Mateo: mommy! He said giving me a hug

Elena: hi baby

Mateo: hi daddy

Mattia: hey teo. He said with a smile

Mom: guess we are just waiting for Chloe to get up

Mattia: I'll go check on her

Mattia walked upstairs to check on Chloe.

Mattia POV
As I walked upstairs she was laying at the end of a small bed. I say by her feet a kissed her forehead and smiled at her. I looked around the room to see color pencils and crayons laid all over the floor. I felt movement so i looked at chloe.

Chloe: hey daddy. She whispered

Mattia: hey baby, you ready to go home?

Chloe: yeah. Where is mommy and Mateo?

Mattia: downstairs, lets go

I picked her up and carried her on my side. She laid on my shoulder as I walked downstairs with her.

Mattia: she is awake

Mom: ah yay

Elena: hi baby. I waved to her

She waved back and rubbed her eyes.

Elena: alr mom well we are going to leave now I love you dad and ma ma

Mom: mm love you too baby. She said with smile

Dad: love you too

They gave the kids a hug and we all got in the car. I leaned my head against the window and just started at all the trees we passed.

Mateo: mommy can you make us food when we get home

I sigh

Elena: ofc

We arrived home 20 mins later and I went straight to the kitchen. I was making French toast and eggs since that all we had in there. Mateo and chloe were on the couch watching tv while I think mattia went to go lay back down. Lazy ass. The food was done and i set it on the island.

Mateo: yay food

He ran over to the food and i put chloe in the chair. I sit down and and watch with them while I was on my phone.

Elena: I'll be back. I told the kids

I went to check on mattia because I wanted to. I walked in the room and he was sleeping. His hair was messy and his shirt was on the end of the bed.

Elena: mattiaaa. I said extending the "a"

Mattia: yes. He mumbled

Elena: i need your dirty clothes, im washing clothes

Mattia: mine are in that bucket. He whispered

Elena: okay

I grabbed his clothes and they still smelled cleaned but were dirty. I put them in the washing machine and waited 45 mins for them to wash....
