Dark (Book 2)

Part 6

Sonic's POV

I woke up feeling better than ever. I sat up and looked around. Why is everybody gone? "Hello?" I asked. My voice echoed. I stood up and walked around the hospital. My footsteps are loud and echoing the room. I saw some blood markings on the wall. Like 'Help us!','Run...' and the last thing I saw is 'There is no hope...' and I saw a signature 'Dark' it was written in a cursive that I couldn't understand. Hopefully, I unerstanded it. I looked around. I saw the exit. I go outside and gasped of what was in front of me. Dark and (y/n) are fighting so swiftly. They're   teleported like lightnings. I watched in shock. (Y/n) threw some electric balls. Her eyes was full of anger and sadness. Maybe she saw me injured up. Her eyes was so dark and not sparkling like the (y/n) I know. She saw me. Her eyes lit up. Dark glared at me. (Y/n) hugged me tightly "I thought that your dead" she said. I hugged back "No!" Dark shouted. We looked at her "Do you think that its over?! I'll rule the galaxy! Maybe the universe!" She said and laughed wickedly. "When I told you to run, run" (y/n) said and looked at me straight in the eye "What about you?" I asked "Don't worry, go find a place to take cover, promise that" she said. I couldn't understand what she is talking about. I nodded. She flew back to Dark. She made a large ball. "Run..." she mumbled. I ran to a far away house. I took cover and peeked in the window. The ball is very huge. She threw it to Dark and summoned her shield and she took cover. I hid under the window. I heard a very loud explosion. I cover my ears. When the explosion is over. I peeked again. I didn't see (y/n) or Dark either. I began to fade away. "What?" I asked myself. I faded away

I woke up and saw (y/n) standing. She looked at me. "Is he going to be okay?" she asked "Unfortunately, he has a coma. He won't be waking up" someone said. She sighed and walked away. I closed my eyes. I slept like forever. I woke up and saw (y/n) sleeping on my stomach. I brushed her hair. She woke up with wide eyes "Sonic?" she asked. My eyes were now wide so she could see that I'm awake "What happened?" I asked "I defeated Dark, but you fainted from the loud explosion" she said "How long was I out?" I asked "About 5 years" she answered. My eyes widened "Then you didn't changed?" I asked. She should be about in her 20s. She smiled "I'm The Chosen One, remember?" she asked. Oops, I forgot. She kissed my forehead and left the room.
