All Might and the hero's are pursuing the supposed vigilante whom the people called 'The Devil's Justice Enforcer' due to his cruelty towards criminals and villains who feared him. He was a Belo like his kind who were vilified and we're pushed aside from society but recently have started to make peace with Belerog.
Belerog however was in shambles. Kingdoms were divided and many of its inhabitants fled to other worlds for shelter and asylum as their world was destroyed by a war within itself. Belo kind has been reluctant so far as to avoid contact with people since they essentially bullied them and hated them for so long that they learned not to depend on anyone else but themselves.
The Vigilante's POV
The vigilante kills a crook attempting to rape a teen girl as he looks at her. She had black wavy hair. Red shirt that exposed her middle chest and a bit of her bosom. Skirt that looked like a checkered skirt. She covers as she knew this man "you're the Mustafu Vigilante" she said and he said nothing. He leaves but she yelled "wait?" As he stopped and halfway looked at her "what?" He asked in a gruffed voice "thank you" she said and the vigilante leaves, unaware a GPS chip was hung on his cape.
Hours later
The vigilante heals himself as he saw his wounds close up and cleans up his guns when the police, swat, and hero's surround his hideout "young man! You're surrounded! Come out with your hands up in the air!" The swat yelled and the vigilante cursed himself for not looking at the GPS on his cape. He broke it and had to escape via a secret wall that he dug at the apartment walls to avoid getting caught. He goes to it just as he heard a familiar hero broke his familiar room "All Might is here!" He roared and various footsteps rumble as he carefully climbs down the pipes to not trigger a noise or else his escape would be in vain. He quietly goes to the bottom of the escape and walks slowly and ran towards the end of a tunnel which led to a outside view of a sewage system to the city. He tore his clothes and put on some new clothes to accommodate his needs to hide. He hated the hero's and everyone since his kind never spared his kind from the hate and his family ended up getting killed while his mom was raped and was forced to kill them and vanish to thin air to avoid the law and the universe.
Time skip
It was morning and he was drinking coffee as he saw the news on the tv where everyone on the cafe could see "The failed attempt to capture The Devil's Justice Enforcer is still at large. The young man is described to be a Belo, teenager by now, and has a recognizable scar on his left cheek" the vigilante scoffs and is angered a bit that they managed to get a bit of his face on tv "miss. I like to pay on house" he said and handed him 200 dollars worth of coffees for everyone as they cheered.
The man was walking away to Mustafu airport to get away as he gets scanned. The man scanning recognizes him and the vigilante is forced to knock him out and run. He runs while bumping to a few people as he gets to a car and drive away. The police call in the heroes for backup.
The chase
The man was chased by the police and the swat as the hero's we're preparing at the roadblock as they see his car. Snipe shots the tires as the car itself crashed a bit. The police and the hero's watch the car as the man gets out and holds his chest. Snipe accidentally shot him in the chest but the man recovers and tried to jump but All Might caught him "get off me old man!" He yelled but All Might refused "It's ok Aki. You're safe" as violent flashbacks made him hit his throat and again tried to jump but a pink mist knocked him out "thanks Midnight" All Might said as he rubbed his neck "I still can't believe this is Aki after so many years" Midnight looked at his fallen state "yeah. The universe including us have vilified these Belo's far too long, but we'll make it right with Aki. He has lived too long enough in the shadows" All might said as he carries him.
A couple hours later
Aki wakes up to find himself cuffed to the chair. He saw Eraserhead and Nezo at the other side of the table "ah Mr. Aki. Good to see you're awake" but Aki showed not interest "now Aki. Those chains are designed to keep them from breaking" he warned the struggling Belo "*scoffs* yeah yeah yeah. So now what. Are you going to dissect my body for my immortality? Or best yet, are you going to use me for one of your sick experiments?" He said in resentment towards the two "no-no Mr. Ali*thinking* poor boy this man has gone through *out loud* we wanted to talk to you for some time now" he said and Aki never bothered about it "if it's about recruiting me to the Hero Academy Program, you can shve it all right in the asses of all villains and criminals to death and forget about it" he glared at Aizawa whom didn't show emotions "please consider this proposal. You are free of charge and you will be training to be a hero to the people and-" but Aki began to laugh from a small laugh to a sinister and violent laugh.
Nezo and Aizawa look at him with worry and fear as Aki then kicked the table and began to go feral "YOU FUCKERS THINK YOU MAKE A DEAL WITH THE FUCKING DEVIL BITCHES!?! YOU AND THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE HAS LEFT US TO SHIT! YOU NOW HAVE THE FUCKING GUTS TO HAVE BELO'S APPLY TO THIS FUCKING FAKE ACADEMY, YOU FUCKERS! I'LL NEVER JOIN YOUR FUCKING SCHOOL. YOU PEOPLE HURT AND FUCKED US OVER YOU MOTHERFUCKING BITCHES!" Aki cursed and yelled like a madman as the guards escort them out while the rest of the hero's see Aki on the other side of the wall via a secret window as he hysterically began to destroy the table and his chains to then bash all the things in the room with violent as the guards were going to the room to calm him but All Might stopped them "let him. It's clearly he and his people have went through a lot as of late" All Might and Midnight including the females began to tear from the young man's hatred to everything as Aki.
Imagine it as the room full of stuff and the car is the object he destroys
Aki vented his anger on all the things on the room and broke several things even with the things clearly broken grabbed jagged, sharp, and sometimes blunt objects to break more stuff. He yelled, screamed, cursed, and roared violently as he laughed the entire time as he continued to destroy even the walls when things were running low to break.
Midnight couldn't bear watching this as they continued to see Aki destroy more things as his hands bled and made a few scars on himself with blood staining the room with his anger and what seemed his anger ran deeper than they thought.

All Might and the heroes have got Aki in custody, but they never anticipated him to have so much anger. Will they be able to persuade Aki or will this be all for nothing?
