 It hurts. It bombards me like arrows; jagged pain slices stiff twisted veins. My flesh is wax- pouring, clinging to coarse piles of fabric. I can't live without it. It's the stone that carved my bones. Yet I rise, to feel smooth light melt like paradise in my eyes.
