Chapter 7 - Apologies

•(Y/n) POV•
I woke up feeling very well rested. I walked to my bathroom and brushed my teeth and then got ready for today remembering that I also have to work today.

I went up to the highest floor and went into my office and sat down. The chair was very comfortable and nice, as I was relaxing in my chair I heard a knock at my door.

"Come in!", I yelled and I saw Tobio.

"Hey Kageyama-san."

"Hi. Check your emails and mark your calendar because we are gonna be really busy this week. Also, we have a meeting right now so let's go."

I followed after him into a big meeting room. I sat down beside him and he handed over some papers to me and told me to read it. It wasn't a lot but I was already tired.

"Kageyama-san, how long will this meeting be?", I asked him while looking through the papers.

"An hour I think. Just relax.", He said while also looking at the papers.

I sighed and then the meeting started. I paid close attention to what the person presenting was saying and he explained very thing very specifically and nicely I guess you could say.

I yawned after the meeting was over and rubbed my eyes. After rubbing my eyes for a few seconds, I looked over to Kageyama who was talking to the elders and other people.

I didn't really pay attention to anyone except for Kageyama. I got up and saw someone familiar but I just walked over to Kageyama.

"Oh! This is my assistant (L/n) (Y/n)."

"Hello sir. It's nice to meet you."

"It's a pleasure meeting you too."

After talking to so much people, we finally went back to our normal work. I decided to get some coffee for me and Kageyama since he also wanted some coffee. I was surprised that he didn't want to drink milk.

I walked to his office with the two coffees in my hand and knocked on the door. I heard him say come in so I opened the door and placed his coffee on his table. He told me to sit down so I sat down in front of him.

"(Y/n), do you like your job so far?", he asked me.

"Yes, I actually do. I have my own office and our co-workers are so nice."

"That's good. So... would you like to have dinner with me tonight? It's just, I feel like we should catch up on things, you know?"

I smiled at him.

"Of course.", I said while watching his expression change.

"Great! Um, I'll pick you up at 8."

"Ok."

I walked back to my office and felt my heart beating and thumping like crazy. My feelings towards Kageyama is coming back. I sat down in my comfortable chair and decided to just go back to work.

I was at home watching some T.V. and then I got a text from Kageyama. He told me that he was on his way and when I checked the time, I was surprised to see that it was already 7:34.

I ran to my room and quickly got dressed and did my hair. I still looked really good. I went back downstairs and put on some heels. I got a text from Kageyama again saying that he was outside.

I locked my doors and walked towards his car. I sat in the passenger seat and put my seatbelt on.

"Wow. You look stunning (Y/n)."

"Thank you Kageyama. You look very handsome.", I said back to him.

He was wearing a tuxedo and his hair was gelled back. He looked different but, he also looked very cute and handsome.

We walked into a really expensive looking restaurant and the waiter sat us at a table. He gave both of us a menu and walked away. My eyes widened when I saw the prices of each food.

"Tch. It's ok. Order whatever you'd like (Y/n), and started calling me Tobio again please. It sounds weird hearing you say my last name for some reason.", he said while looking through the menu.

I glanced at him and saw a few strands of his hair hanging in front if his face, and it made me blush off some reason. I looked back at the menu and continued to look for what I wanted to eat.

After we ordered our meals, Kageyama broke the silence.

"(Y/n), are you still single?", he asked me while tilting his head.

"Of course I am. I started focusing on myself after... our break-up.", I rubbed the back of my neck and looked at him.

"Oh, yeah. About that (Y/n), I'm truly very sorry for everything I said. I was so stupid and I didn't try to be mature about the situation and I was very selfish. I'm really sorry (Y/n).", he looked at me and I could tell he truly was sorry and I could see the guilt in his eyes.

"Tobio, that's the past now. I was mad once I saw you, but after you started crying, I warmed up to you again. It's ok now Tobio.", I held his hand and we both smiled at each other.

"(Y/n), do you want to be my girlfriend again?"

My eyes grew wide as I looked at him and smiled.

"Of course Tobio."

{Time Skip}
Tobio started driving me home and we finally arrived. He parked in front of the house and we stayed in the car for a while.

"Tobio... I, I really missed you.", I looked at him and I can see that he had a shocked expression.

"(Y/n), I missed you too. I kept thinking about you here and there and I would feel stupid and guilty since I was the one that ruined the relationship.", He caressed my cheek and smiled at me.

I held his hand, and then we kissed. I felt his warm soft lips against mine and I loved it. I missed it, I missed him. It started off as a soft and passionate kiss, and then he started kissing me roughly. I was shocked at his actions, I knew what he wanted to do so I let his tongue roam in my mouth. It turned into a make-out session and then I pulled away.

We looked into each other's eyes, I saw that he wanted more, but I wasn't ready for... 𝙞𝙩.

"Tobio, I have to go inside now."

"Alright. Goodnight (Y/n).", he said as he kissed my hand.

"Goodnight Tobio."

I opened the door and went to my doorstep. I unlocked my front door and looked back. I waved to Kageyama and went inside.

[Ok. That is the seventh chapter. I hope you guys like this one... anyway, there is gonna be a lemon chapter later. Maybe on the last chapter and there will be a special July Fourth Chapter that might have some lemon. The July Fourth one won't go in the storyline though, it's gonna be a special chapter ;) Ok, Byeeee.]
