Vargo Chester was nervous as he took the first flight of steps up to the office he had always known exsisted but could never prove.

And now he wouldn't have to worry about proving that it did anymore.

That it existed that he wasn't mad

that he wasn't crazy.

That there really was a secreat govenment building watching and controlling everything in Raxel Quadrillion.

Proof that even mr Thomson oharly chife of the vibrio media would have to belive.

He was fed up of never getting the building bulletins.

Just once he wanted to have an article placed on a tall skyscraper that all the hover taxies would stop and view.

Chester knew this was it ,this was his big story proof of a secreact orginesation that has been operating in the heart of the city,right under everyones nose.

His hands sweated so much he could hardly keep hold of his carma.

As he rounded the tall green bolted sucruity frame door.

An armchair black and facing a series of very narrow windows.

The whole office was deserted just a chair and the glass that stretched on for a mile in length.

Chester couldn't belive his rotten luck there was not one thing of interest to photograph, just a lousy piece of paper that had fallen on to the chair .

But vargo thought.

How had it fallen on to that chair?

there was no desk for the paper to fall from.

The door was locked and the windows closed.

So why would a picec of paper just have been left there.

He just couldn't work it out.

Flusteated he turned to leaf

He got almost halfway down the stairs before he stopped and then stamp his foot in agitation.

As he thought that it was just no use .

He would have to at least see what was written on the piece of paper before he left it would drive him bonkers if he didn't .

Running back up the stairs he again opened the door and strolled to the chair.

As he looked down he saw the paper just lying there face down .

It was blank .
