The morning of camp, Taylah was very nervous and excited. Taylah's best friend Sasha was also attending the camp. Taylah and Sasha lived almost five hours away from each other. Taylah arrived at camp early. As she waited, she became more and more nervous. One of the instructors came over and said hello, told Taylah which room she was staying in and left again.
Once everyone had arrived and settled in to their rooms, everyone had a discussion about what they would be doing on the camp. Taylah was nervous about it all. She didn't feel as happy or as confident as she used to be when she was there. She was going to try her hardest not to show how she felt.
The first day of camp was just everyone becoming close and forming one big family, like all first days. The second day was skill-based activities. Taylah felt unwell and formed a headache on the second day. But she continued on participating in all of the activities.
