Research of SCP-049 has been scarce and generally no info were added into the database other than his goal of eradicating the "The Pestilience". Subject's behavior are erratic and unpredictable but one notable case is his obsession of "curing" his patients, wether in safe operations or violent means ending in death of said patient as a result.
