"Mommy," Izzie says running into the room. I wipe my eyes and smile at her. "Yes, baby?" I ask. "Why are we on a news?" She asks cutely. "What?" I say and go out into the living room.

I break down as they start going into detail. The kids run to me and hug me. "Okay, mama?" Morgan asks. "Mommy's sad." Cassie frowns. Jug comes over to us and pulls us all into a hug. "Mommy needs a really big hug." Jug tells them. They squeeze me and give me cute little kisses. Once I was released from the hug I got up and got lunch started as Jug helped the kids set the table.
"I'll never get used to never having them around," I tell Jug. He nods. "I know baby." He kisses my forehead and goes to play outside with the kids.
"Betty?" I hear Lonnie ask. "Yeah?" I say stirring the Macaroni and cheese. "Mommy and daddy aren't ever coming back are they?" She cries. I sigh and turn the stove off. I turn around and sit at the table, pulling her into my lap. "They're watching over us in Heaven," I say sadly. She hugs me and I kiss her head. "Are you gonna take me in?" She asks. "Of course! Juggie and I are your godparents." I say.
"What are godparents?" She asks. "They're like second parents but you don't have to call us mommy or daddy. We take you in when something bad happens." I explain to her. She nods slowly and gets up. "Can I go outside and play?" She asks. I chuckle sadly. "You don't have to ask, Juggie's out there with the kids," I say. She runs outside and I go back to making lunch.
"Lunch is ready!" I shout out the door. Everyone comes running in and sits at the table. Jug puts Morgan in her chair and sits next to me.
"Did you guys have fun?" I ask them. They nod. "Daddy swung me so high!" Callie exclaims. I smile and they all start talking about the cool things Jug did. The doorbell rings and I get up.
"I'll be right back," I tell them. Lonnie grabs me and shakes her head. "Please don't open that door." She begs. I take her arm off me. "It would be rude not to," I tell her and head towards the door.
I open it to see no one. I look down and see a piece of paper with writing on it.
'Watch your back Elizabeth, everything isn't as it seems'
"J-Jug," I say. He rushes over to me and takes the paper. He looks around and then shakes his head. "What does it mean by 'everything isn't as it seems?" I ask. He shrugs. "I don't know, but I think we need to get our siblings on the next flight here." He says. I nod and we go back into the kitchen.

I take the girls into their rooms and tuck them in. Cassie and Callie share a room. Nathan and Morgan have their own room. Lonnie has always had a room here.

Nathan always wanted a treehouse so Jug built him a treehouse bed and then built him a treehouse once he had more time.
"Have a good nap girls," I tell Cassie and Callie. They nod and snuggle into their blankets. Getting Morgan to take a nap wasn't that hard today. She did keep crying out for Jug, but he was busy writing. I gave her some warm milk and she went right to bed.
Nathan and Lonnie were in the living room watching cartoons while Jug and I work. Other than working as an actress and model, I write books too. They're short books and most of them are children's books.
I start writing down ideas for my next book when a pain shoots through me. I hunch over and scream. Jug runs into the room with a worried expression. "Are you alright!?" He asks. I shake my head no and picks me up. He takes me out to the car and calls Kevin, who still lives in Riverdale.
"Kevin I need you to watch the kids, Betty and I are on our way to the hospital...I don't know what's wrong just get to the house....okay bye." He says and continues to drive to the hospital. I pass out about halfway there.
Jughead's POV
I rush Betty into the hospital and they take her away from me. They told me to wait in the waiting room as they examine her. I call our siblings like we were going to before I had to take Betty to the hospital. I inform them of the situation and they said they'll be on the next flight.
A/N so that's that. I think I'm going to do like 800 to 1,000 words a chapter. I hope you like how this is going!
