Demi took a hold of Joe's hand and placed it where the baby was kicking her, his eyes got wide and he had a big grin on his face.
Joe: “Oh wow, I think we are gonna have a soccer player on our hands.” (Laughs)
Demi: “Yea, Joe you should know this but I'm moving out and into my mum's place.”
Joe: “What... What about Zac?” (Upset)
Demi: “Well Mum told me, he left with his father so I don't have a reason to stay here.”
Joe: “But you don't need a reason to stay and I told you before that you are staying here and not because of Zac was still at your Mum's.”
Demi: “I'm sorry, It's what I want.”
After Demi said that she got up after letting his hand fall off her stomach, Ashley had a big smile on her face that she didn't realize Joe also noticed it.
Joe: “Of course your happy.”
Ashley: “Oh Joe why wouldn't I be, I get my boyfriend back to myself again.”
Joe: “Just go.” (Angry)
Ashley: “What... but baby I thought you would be happy too.”
Joe: “Well I'm not.”
Ashley: “Right because she's carrying your baby.”
Joe: “That is damn right Ashley.”
Ashley: “Whatever, I'm going out with Nikki.”
Joe: “Fine and I don't think you should come back tonight.”
Ashley: “Fine, I won't.”
Ashley walked out and Joe sat back down on the lounge to think, Demi heard everything and it was hurting her that the man she loves is with someone else. So she started to pack her bags for the weekend trip her Mum was talking about earlier. Her phone started to ring it was Alex checking to see if she was ok living with Joe.
Alex: “Hey sexy Mama.” (Laughs)
Demi: “Really Alex sexy Mama, anyway hey and how are you.”
Alex: “I'm good... how are you and the little guy.”
Demi: “We are good, I'm just packing for the weekend trip with my family.”
Alex: “Awesome... guess who asked me out?”
Demi: “Who?”
Alex: “Vanessa, she and Zac broke up because she found out what he did to you.”
Demi: “What...how?”
Alex: “I'm not sure, I think your Mum said something.”
Demi: “Oh.”
Alex: “Yea anyway I gotta go, so call if you need me ok babe.”
Demi: “Ok and bye Alex... Oh give me details about the date ok.”
Alex: “Will do.”
Demi got off the phone and saw Joe standing there watching her.
Demi: “Is there something you need.”
Joe: “Oh were you on the phone just then.”
Demi: “Yes and no it's not your business Joe.”
Joe: “Really so how is Alex doing.”
Demi: “You were listening I can't believe you Joe, that was private.”
Joe: “Well sorry anyway are you really moving out.”
Demi: “Yes, why?”
Joe: “Well I don't want you to.”
Demi: “Right, well give me a reason to stay.”
Joe: “I don't know, look I don't have a reason only that I've just gonna use to you living here and being pregnant with my baby.”
Demi: “Well that's not good enough.”
Joe: “What do you want me to say that will make you stay.”
Demi: “I want you to say you love me, but you can't because you love Ashley.”
Joe: “Ok, I love you.”
Demi: “You can't do that, god Joe you can't just throw that word at me and expect me to believe you really love me from the bottom of your heart. It doesn't work like that and I know you don't mean it because if you did... you would have said it beofore I told you I was moving out.”
Joe: “I'm sorry, if only you stayed and never moved to Greece then I wouldn't have met Ashley.”
Demi: “What.. your saying you regret meeting Ashley, please don't and what is done is done you can't change that... I told you I didn't have a choice and moving to Greece was the only safe one I had and in the end it changed my life.”
After Demi said that she walked out of the room, Joe followed her out and saw her sitting there watching T.V. Again.
Joe: “I'm sorry Dems.”
Demi: “It's fine.” (Half smile)
A few minute later Demi's phone starts to ring, she anwsers it knowing it's her mother.
Demi: “Hello Mother... yes I'm packed... see you soon.”
Demi hung up the phone, Joe was now sitting on the lounge next to her. Demi felt another kick and placed her hand on her stomach where the baby was kicking her. Joe noticed and placed his hand on top of where hers was, Demi looked down at their hands.
Joe: “I just want to let you know Dems, I do love you more then you know.”
Demi: “I know and I'm sorry for what I said.”
Joe: “Well you were right, I'm still with Ash... but you know something I never really loved her because I was too scared of moving on from an amazing girl I met at a party.” (Small smile)
Demi: “Oh well I gotta go anyway my Mum is gonna be here and I'll be gone for a few days.”
Joe: “Ok just look after yourself and my son.”
Demi: “I will and when I get back I will be moving out.”
Joe: “Ok.”
Demi: “And Joe don't break up with Ashley because you think you don't love her, because your with her for a reason and maybe you need to realize what that is.”
Joe: “Yea, but just remember if it works out with Ashley, you and I are gonna be friends ok.”
Demi: “Of course.” (Smiles)
There was a knock at the front door, Joe got up to answer it. Karen, Demi's Mum was there waiting for Demi to come.
Joe: “Hey Mrs. Lovato.”
Karen: “Hey Joe... is my daughter ready to go.”
Joe: “Yep... sorry come in.”
Joe moved so Karen could walk in, Demi walked out carrying her bags. Joe noticed and ran over to her and took her bags off her and carried them out to the car.
Karen: “Hey sweetie... did you tell Joe that you are moving out after this trip.”
Demi: “Yep, I did.”
Karen: “Good... you know it's for the best right.”
Demi: “I know Mum.”
