Sugawara was awoken by the soft chirps of birds. Sitting up slowly, he looked around his room. His eyes darted from his window, which had been slightly open to keep a cool breeze going threw his room, to the training gear set out on the edge of the chair in front of his desk.

Oh right we have new people today! He thought, looking at his clock. And I'm late!! Sugawara tried to jump out of his bed getting tangled up in his blanket and falling straight over the edge face first. Groan.

Untangling himself, he quickly threw on his clothes and left without even thinking about breakfast. Running as fast as he could to try and get to the building about a mile away. He was already ten minutes late, and it would take him at least 8 minutes to run that far. Daichi's gonna beat my ass...

After turning many corners and dodging many cars and people. He arrived in front of the building. Taking a moment to breathe, he placed his hands on his knees and sighed heavily. Oh man, I bet I missed introductions.. Keeping this in mid, Sugawara straightened up and quickly walked towards the door. Reaching for the door job he slowly twisted it, hoping to sneak in unnoticed. Slowly opening the door, he spotted the group sitting in front of Daichi as he talked to them. They were in the far back corner, Daichi's back was facing him with the 'Second and Third years' standing on both sides of him.

Ok he hasn't noticed me yet. So maybe I can just sneak in... Suga thought as he gracefully walked over to them, not making a single sound with his steps. He was a spy after all. The 'First years' noticed something behind their new boss and stiffened. "U- um... sir?" Gulped a short kid with orange hair. Daichi stopped what he was saying and looked at the shorty. "Yeah?" He asked very curious as to why the boy sounded scared.

Omg I hope that's not an intruder!! Thought Hinata, as he pointed to Sugawara, who thought he was hiding pretty good from eye sight.

Daichi turned around very quickly to catch Suga tip toeing towards him. They both pause for a second, Suga visibly sweating. So much for sneaking in... he thought. Daichi walked towards Suga and grabbed the back of his shirt dragging him in front of the 'First years' and dropping him on the floor in front of him.

"Hehe, hey there" Suga sheepishly smiled and waved at the new recruits. "This is Suga. He's very bad at sneaking into places when he's late but a really good spy overall." Daichi said, putting emphasis on late while staring holes into the back of Sugas head.

Sugawara giggles and stands up. "Hey guys, I'm Sugawara Kõshi!! It's nice to meet you all!" He said giving a kind smile. Daichi playfully rolled his eyes, "He's second in command, so if anything were to happen to me he would be in charge." He said.

Hinata looked shocked, Sugawara was much more petite and kind than Daichi. And what would they even call him? Boss #2? "Suga is fine." Sugawara said, looking at Hinata. Wait did I say that out loud? Sugawara laughed, "Yes you did, and I might be small but I can do a whole lot" He said as his kind smile changed from a smirk.

Suddenly Sugawara clapped, looking around at everyone he said, "Ok let's start looking at your skills!!" Daichi grew annoyed as Suga just took over and lead them to the outside training grounds.

"This is where we'll be putting you to the test, we want to see your skills and any talents you guys might have!! These things will determine your position on the field so give us your all!" Sugawara explained. Walking up to Daichi he innocently smiled. "Take it from here boss" He said teasing Daichi with the title. Daichi inwardly sighed, then started to go over how everything's gonna work.

~TIME-SKIP~ (sorry lol)

It was dark outside.

Daichi was tired after a long day of watching 'First years' try to show off. But he had to be honest. They were a really good bunch, and he was glad they joined. Looking up he saw the office building just a little ahead of him. He was walking there because he decided to get a little work in before bed. Lifting his wrist up to look at his watch he noticed how late it was. 10:45pm. Jeez.. maybe I should just check up on a few things instead of doing work... he thought.

After a while he made it to his and Sugawara's floor. But he was surprised to see that the light to the floor was already on..

Walking towards Sugawara's room door. He opened it to see papers all over his desk as he worked away. His glasses sliding down to the top of his nose every few minutes as he frantically tried to organize the papers while writing. His hair was disheveled and he looked extremely exhausted.

Daichi furrowed his eyebrows. "Suga" He said sternly. Sugawara flinched and slowly looked up to meet Daichi's eyes. "Yeah?" He quietly asked. Daichi walked his way over to Sugawara's desk and placed both of his hands down. "Go home." He said once again sternly. He didn't like to see Sugawara over working himself, it pained him.

Suga smiled lightly, "I was about to I just needed to finish this real quick-" he said picking his pen back up. But Daichi cut him off by grabbing his pen, opening his window and throwing it outside. Suga jumped up and watched as the pen fell 5 stories down.

He looked at Daichi with a frown. Daichi only crossed his arms and turned his head away like a child. But then flinched when he heard Sugawara's sobs. Daichi snapped his head towards Suga at lightning speed. "That was my favorite pen..." Suga cried, bubbly tears falling down his cheeks.

Daichi freaked out. Looking for tissues to wip his tears but giving up and using his thumbs anyways. "I'm sorry Suga don't cry!" He panicked. Sugawara started laughing.

"Gotcha!! I can't believe you fell for that." He said giggling at Daichi's annoyed face. Sugawara walked back over to his desk and sat down on it. "I really did like that pen though..." He said out loud to himself. Daichi rolled his eyes and walked over placing his hands on either side of Suga. "I'll get you a new one ok?" He said smiling at him.

Sugawara blushed at the close proximity. "Okay" He said looking away to hide his blush. Daichi chuckled, "Only if you tell me what you were working on though.." He said. Sugawara panicked and shuffled the papers around on his desk. He didn't want Daichi to find out he knew what was going on behind the scenes.

Daichi raised an eyebrow, "Hiding something from me?" He said as he reached over Suga's shoulder to grab something. The contact of Daichi's chest against his back made him blush furiously. Grabbing Daichi's right hand with his left, he turned around to face him.

"Nope, I just wanted to clean my desk before I go home hehe" He said trying to cover up his suspicious actions. Daichi stared intently at him for a second before letting it go. "Hm, ok then..." he said. Then he put his lips right next to his ear, "but you can't hide from me forever" he said, sending shivers down Suga's spine.

Suga nervously rolled his eyes, "Whatever, you still have to buy me a new pen!" He childishly said. "Shouldn't you already have a lot of pens?" Daichi questioned amusingly. Suga continued to stack his papers up again, "Yeah but that one was different" he said.

Daichi chuckled and waited for Suga to finish packing up. "You don't have to wait for me you know" Suga said facing Daichi with his bag in his hands. Throwing the strap over his neck he walked over to him. "I can take care of myself" He said with a smile. Daichi's cheeks tented pink from seeing Suga's breathtaking smile. Turning away he said, "I know but I wouldn't forgive myself if something happened to you, especially since it's this dark outside." Sugawara smiled and walked out the door with Daichi.

He just keeps making me fall more in love....
