A snippet into Pregnancy

I stood there in my vest and shorts. My stomach didn't feel right. I knew he had done this to me. You know having sex isn't the hard part. Seriously, your husband will do that in 30 seconds and think he just completed the flipping Olympics. Trust me, shit is about to hit the fan!

Don't get me wrong each pregnancy is different but here we will talk about mine.

It all started off with me vomiting my guts into the toilet. "Shit, babe ... I think I just emptied my stomach" my stomach growled. I was hungry yet I just wanted to crawl into my soft king size bed under my feather down duvet. Oh the thought if it sounded so good. Why was I so tired. I just wanted to sleep and close my eyes and go into lala land.

"Babe let's check the test" Gabe said. Hes my husband. Honestly I love him. Hes 6ft tall, dreamy hazel eyes and hair gelled back. He looked so hench buy was really a softie. Like a big teddy bear. He held it up and screamed " it's a positive test!" And laughed. The doctor told me to wee on a stick, literally. And it was positive. It took us 5 minutes to figure it out as we were being tight on paying 15 quid for a digital one. We paid it anyway just to double check. The pound one was right. I'm having a baby. I mean we were having a baby. Together you know. Raising a tiny human. Not scary at all.

"Okay, were going to be parents. We can do this. Congratulations babe" my husband said as he hugged me. I was happy a little human inside of me. Best feeling ever. And then I was sick again. Ugh! Love the baby, but hate being sick. Why doesn't anyone tell you about this bit?

"Oh the pregnancy is the best bit"they say. You'll love it. Cherish every moment. What was I meant to enjoy? I thought as I emptied my stomach contents down the loo? I kept thinking I'm going to be a mum! I need to be a good mum! Why can't I have the baby without being ill. If they tell you your whole pregnancy is Rose's and happy flowers then sorry to say they are lying.

Having blood on your pants- this will scare the shit out of you and do not let anyone tell you it's normal. Get it checked now!
Sickness
Being dizzy
Wanting to sleep all day and night
Getting horny and wanting sex and then not wanting it at all
Mood swings
Being hormonal
Crying and laughing at the same time.
Being paranoid and then list goes on.
Being sick again.

Nine months of getting bigger. I got weird cravings too. Chocolate and crisp sandwich was my life. My friend Debs likes cardboard which was good as we always had amazon parcel boxes lying around. Seriously it sounds crazy but some people like sniffing permanent markers.

All the drama and the baby was still to come.
