PRESENT TIME (AUGUST 2021)

James' POV

Here I am again. Walking alone around here in Brightmoon that is full of memories with the special girl that I have loved for the past 4 years. Every day and every night, she's always passing through my imaginative mind. She's always in my dreams and she's always on my mind, to the point that I cannot avoid thinking about her. Because of that, I missed her even more. I don't know if we will ever talk again or if we will see each other again. While I was walking, I noticed the beautiful magic hour, or what we call the golden hour, because of the magnificent view of the sunset. It is really fascinating to capture the beauty of this atmosphere, just like capturing a picture of her angelic face. Every time I remember those times where the two of us were always waiting for the golden hour to capture the beauty of the sunset, I always imagine a scenario where the two of us are walking along a beach while watching the sunset. God, isn't that beautiful? It's like a perfect moment for two lovers to enjoy the beauty of nightfall.

Here I am again, imagining things just because I missed her. For a moment, while I was enjoying the view of the sunset, someone called me.

" James .... "

As I turned around to look for the person who called me, I saw an angelic face.

Her name is Angelica.

• James - Angelica? Ahh ehhh, how are you? Ba ba.. bakit nandito ka? Akala ko na sa Japan ka?

• Angelica - There's something na... emergency. Wala akong choice kundi ang umuwi dito sa Pilipinas.

• James - What emergency? Napano ka?

• Angelica - No, hindi ako. I mean, not literally na emergency. May mga papeles lang ako na kailangan kong asikasuhin. Something na very important.

• James - Ahmmm, I thought something bad happened to you. Thank God, ibang emergency pala.

• Angelica - Ikaw naman, wala. Wala naman nangyari sa akin. Kailangan ko lang talaga asikasuhin yung papers ko. So, kumusta? Kumusta ka naman ngayon?

• James - Okay naman. Ito ako, nagpapahangin... Tsaka alam mo na. Yung paborito nating ginagawa. Pinagmamasdan yung Golden Hour sunset.

• Angelica - Hanggang ngayon pala 'di pa din nawawala sa isip mo yan? Wow, iba talaga ako mag-impluwensya.

• James - Siyempre. Nakasanayan ko na eh. Tsaka maliban dun, ito pa din yung... nagpapakalma sa akin. Everytime na nalulungkot ako o nararamdaman kong nag-iisa ako, ito... Pumupunta ako dito sa Brightmoon, para makaramdam ng kahit onting saya. Para makalimot sa mga problema at kalungkutan kahit sa maikling panahon lang.

• Angelica - Ahmmm, bakit? Is there something wrong?

• James - I'm ... missing someone.

• Angelica - Kahit 'di mo sabihin, nakikita ko sa mga mata mo kung sino yung sinasabi mo. James, alam kong ako yan.

• James - I don't know why, but every day, I'm still looking for you. Kahit na alam kong imposible. Imposibleng makita ka at makausap kang muli.
