ARRIVAL OF THE MARTELLS•

As soon as dusk broke, the Golden Kingdom of Egypt started bustling with unending duties to get ready for the new comers, the Martells. There stood the Royal family on the bottom of the steps, stood tall, elegant and poise as a carriage arrived, riding threw the huge golden gates of the palace. As soon as the carriage stopped on a halt, people were curious as to trust the new comers or not.

Out descended the Royal Martell family. They all held bold faces as they took in their new surroundings “Ah, the Martells! Welcome to Egypt, I trust you had a safe journey?” spoke Khnum with a huge smile plastered on his face “Indeed we did” Prince Doran smiled kindly.

“Might I introduce my siblings? My youngest brother, Prince Kaizer and his twin sister-Wife, Princess Kiara” both the twins smiled “And the youngest and also the betrothal, Princess Kiya” at her name being said, she trembled not knowing to trust these people. Kiara offered a smile to comfort her but nevertheless, it didn't.

“Might I say, it's an honor welcoming you to our kingdom” smiled Khnum “The honor is all ours. Having to betroth my brother off across the Seven Seas” smiled Doran.

Ellaria rolled her eyes as she was clanged onto her lover. She could not believe Doran would do such a thing, Oberyn and her were doing just fine with all his bastard daughters but Prince Doran Martell thought otherwise. What's worse is that she gets to see her lover betroth off to a little girl .

Soon, the Martell family was lead in the palace. Kiya never dared making eye contact with her betrothal, deep down, she wanted to find love the way her mother and father once did in the stories Kiara told her of. She felt it was not fair that even Kiara and Kaizer were married to each other but neither less, it was tradition.
But she also knew if she didn't do this then all hope is lost for the Dynasty her siblings built as children to young adults

While making their way in many various halls for them to settle up, Prince Doran spoke to Khnum about allias, while the rest just were quiet, taking in the beauty of the Golden palace that was rumored to be across the Seven Seas. A golden Kingdom, lead by a Pharaoh as they used their titles in their land.

Khnum excused himself and his brother to attend a council meeting, leaving Kiara to take over as the royal Vizier Ay came and she ordered “Escort them to their given chambers and at the Night's meal, escort them to the Dining Hall, please” she ordered and he bows “we hope you enjoy your stay” she smiled at them

“Thank you, Princess Kiara” Doran smiled.

Later that night, people were gathered for the feast of the Arriving of the Martells. Music played in the background as unending chats between the guest occurred with dancers dancing across the room. The Martells for once felt welcomed, unlike the Targaryens who just tend to do things fast but then again, the marriage Courting is of joining alliances.

The two royal families were sat on a high table with Khnum sitting at the head, by his right, sat Prince Doran and next to him sat his younger brother, Prince Oberyn with his Mistress by his side, Ellaria Sand. They all sat enjoying the music and variety of fresh delicious food.

“If I am not mistaken,” prince Oberyn starts and everyone's attention at the table diverted to him “you took the throne at your 8th name day?” he asks, curiosity filling in his eyes. If he was going to marry their presented betrothal, he had to at least know things about them. Even though he agreed on marrying....well mostly because of his brother, his love for one woman would stay no matter what, Ellaria Sand.

“Yes. You are correct” answered Khnum. It was not a secret how their dynasty had started to anyone, it's mainly how they grew to learn how to run a kingdom “Our father died in battle with the Nubians and our mother died birthing our younger sister. We married in incest because it's tradition to do so” spoke Kaizer next

“And we were only four seasons” Kiara sipped her white wine as her attention diverted back to the dancers. Kiara, for one was passionate for dancing, loved the arts of dancing along with writing poems. Her twin brother on the other hand just has a strong passion for fighting and writing. “It must have been hard for you, Having to do all that at such young ages” spoke Ellaria

“Indeed it was. We went through it together, just like we are with the Matanni” spoke Khnum with pride. No matter how many times they trip, they would get up and it was definitely for sure they would not fall and if they so happen do then they will rise like the Phoenix.

With that being said, the conversation diverted to joining Allias with them through marriage and all Kiya could do was flush not knowing how to exactly be feeling “Brother, I'm not feeling alright. May I be excused to my chambers?” asked Kiya

“of course you may, sister dearest” smiled Khnum. Kiya stood up and left, her blue dress trailing behind her as the twins shared a look. They have a twin thing they do where they speak with their eyes and obviously Kaizer asked if she was okay and Kiara reassured she was.

The feast carried on while princess Kiya really gave a long thought that she has to not let her siblings down nor her parents who she always wanted to meet but St the same time, she wanted them to be proud of her so she made up her mind...

She was going to marry her betrothal, Prince Oberyn Martell though she was worried about his mistress and that he had bastard daughters but that did not matter.... what mattered was to finally show her siblings that just because she's the youngest she can help which ever way she sees possible and if it meant..... sailing away across the unforgiving seas to another part of the world then she'd do it.

Right now, they're in a middle of war, it's time she finally grew up and be who she was meant and groomed to be....a Queen but in her case, A Princess due to the Dornish titles.

She had to.....for her family...
