Tony
One night when Tony was down in his lab working on his Ironman suites Jarvis told him there was a package that seem to be moving on his doorstep. Tony told Jarvis that he would get it later but Jarvis kept on nagging at Tony for a bout an hour before Tony finally decided to go and retrieve the package. Once Tony got to the package he saw it was indeed moving and had a note. Tony took a closer look at the package and realized it wasn't a package it was a small baby. Tony started reading the note to find out one of his one night stands had gotten pregnant because of him and the child was indeed his. Tony knew right then and there that he would never let anything happen to you. Later that night he and Jarvis ordered everything you would need.
Steve
Steve wanted a child so bad but he wasn't in a relationship, and you know cap wouldn't just have a one night stand like stark. So he went to a orphanage in Brooklyn. He talked to one of the lady's who worked there and Steve started to talk and meet the children but Steve couldn't feel and thing special about them so right as he was about to leave all alone the lady introduced Steve to a small, shy four year old girl Steve instantly fell in love with you and you guys left together that night and Steve knew even if you weren't related biologically you two were meant for each other.
Nat
One mission Nat was on had a lot of casualties. She found a adorable two year crying out for her parents but little did the little girl know her parents where shot in the room right next door. Nat managed to calm you down and took you back to the avengers tower with her. She introduced you to the team, a few had second thoughts at first but came too like you .
Bruce
Bruce had a girlfriend who was pregnant with you but she died right after you where born. Bruce lives are more than anything and would never let any thing happen to you. Ever since you where little it's been you and Bruce against the world.
Thor
Thor felt bad for the mess and destruction that Loki had caused in the battle of New York so he decided to adopt one kid. He adopted two days after the battle of New York when you had lost your parents you where ten.
