Your dads pov.
Timotheé and y/n . It's honestly hard for me to be happy with that, yes I love Timotheé and he is a good guy; but I feel like the past years Y/n and I lost connection and when I tried to get it back with Y/n... Timotheé came here...he's like her knight and shining armour now. I get my things and walk out of the meeting room.

I work hard for Y/n I want her life to be smooth as possible, especially since we lost, Y/m/n and she doesn't have a mother by her side now. I've broke off our relationship to support her financially so her life wouldn't be hard as mine was growing up. The days pass and Y/n falls for Timotheé even more. I feel like I'm a deadbeat dad, I want to have dinner with only her...but I know she would think we're leaving Timotheé in the mud just by that. I just want to patch things up before she goes to college.

I hop in a taxi and go to the hotel. I get out and pay the driver when we reach there. I pass the lobby and go up to my suite. When the elevators door opens, there stands Timotheé in front of my door with a nervous face. I frown with a question mark on my face.

"Timotheé what's wrong?" I ask.

He slips out a black box and my heart drops.

"I want to marry Y/n Mr. y/l/n." He blurts.

Timotheé pov
I lean over the railing watching the cars pass me by on the balcony. Mr.Y/l/n didn't give me his permission and there's no way I'm going behind his back. He only said no because were just starting college, but him and I know deep down that Y/n wants a small wedding and it wouldn't take us much to throw one.

I take another drag of my pen and watch the people on the streets walk. I am still brought back from what happend in the hallway. It's going to be awkward around Mr. y/l/n now and just thinking about Y/n hurts my heart a little because I want to marry her, but I won't break any trust going behind his back. I was going to take her to the Eiffel  tower tonight and propose . I've carried this ring for two month's, waiting for the perfect place and time.

I open the box and there it is, a beautiful  ring that could've been wrapped around the love of my life left ring finger. I take it out and let it dance in my fingers.

Even under the dim light it shines bright. I sigh and walk into the room.

Your pov

I kick my heels off and unzip myself from my dress, leaving it in a messy pile. I'm exhausted from today as slow as it was. I go to Timmy's luggage for a long t-shirt of his and a small black box sits in front of me. My heart hits my stomach and a big smile forms on my face. Timotheé wants to marry me! He see's a future with me! That's why Daddy asked me that question during dinner saying "Does Timotheé make you happy?", Timotheé asked for his permission. I reach and open the box. A soft gasp comes out of me. There is a huge ring, with the little of light showing it stills sparkles. I can't help but not let the ring slip on my finger. It fits perfectly and I can't help but not begin to silently cry how happy I am. Soon I'm going to be Timotheé's fiancé and soon to be wife. I grin as I put back the ring. I get dressed in my own pajamas and cuddled next to Timotheé.

I wake up to hear the shower running. I stretch and get up going to the bathroom too. Timotheé turn his head in the glassed shower.

"Good morning Babe." He chimes.

I strip down and hop in the hot shower. I instantly jolt and hug against Timotheé . He chuckles and his lips press on my forehead. I trail my hand lower and lower. Timotheé let's out a shaky breath out and his eye's grow in lust.

"Good morning to you too babe."

We both walk onto the streets, hand in hand. Today we're going to the Eiffel tower and I already know what's about to happen. I'm so excited I'm basicly dragging Timotheé . In blocks of walking we make it. The tower honestly towers us and it is breath taking how big it is. It's rustic yet elegant. We make it out the line and Timotheé and I pick a spot on the grass. The sun shines through everything.

"Your hair looks good Y/n." Timotheé smirks.

"Thanks Babe." I grin.

His hand digs in his pocket and my heart plummets to the ground. This is it I'm gonna be known as Y/n Chalamet. He looks up at me and smiles. His hand pulls out a inch out of his pocket. He gets on one knee and I let out a gasp.

"YES YES YES!" I cry.

His eyebrows draw together with a confused look. My heart stops and his eye's flicker to mine.

"Y/n this is a promise necklace." He gushes.

"WHAT!"I blurt.

He nods and taking out a fusterated sigh. I rip myself from him. He gets the necklace where the ring was supposed to be out the box and-there it is a diamond necklace. Tears start to fill my eyes and I turn around cry into my hands. This is so bad.

"Y/n I'm sorry." He apologize to me..

I feel his arms wrap around me as I cry into his chest. I softly pull away wiping my tears.

"Timotheé I don't want a promise necklace I want to marry you." I groan.

"I can't marry you Y/n!" He shoots.

It gets quiet again and I just look down. He doesn't see a future with me then. He doesn't feel like we can move on in this relationship. I give my all to make sure this man is happy but I guess he isn't happy enough and where the hell did that ring go to then.

"Just put the necklace on." He sighs.

He takes out the necklace and tries to put it on my neck, but I back away from him.

"Timotheé what about the ring?!" I question.

His eyebrows draw together and his face starts to frown.

"Y/n WHAT?!"

I shake my head and storm away from him, with tears flooding my eyes. I love Timotheé, but what the fuck was he thinking. I start to walk back to our hotel and I knew Timotheé wasn't chasing me anymore. The actual hell was that ring for then?
