Cubby, in the bear suit, had his named changed to complement his suit. He was named Curly in the novel.

Bonnie and her kid walking into a hospital carrying a bag between them. They go into a room where we see an old man propped up in bed. It's Andy. Bonnie introduces him to her daughter Jessie and said that they brought him something to cheer him up. The pull Woody and the gang from the bag. Andy gives a watery smile and Bonnie and her daughter leave. Andy traces over each toy, remembering all their times together, and tells them he's going to miss them all. Woody and the toys then all come to life to Andy's amazement. With a smile Woody tells him "We're with you til the end partner."
