"i have high hopes for this one, how are his vitals?", one for all asked a doctor nearby.
"His vitals seem to be stable, are you sure you wish to give him intelligence?", the doctor asked.
"Yes, i wish to know how he will react. any idea for a possible name?", one for all asked putting his hands behind his back.
"Kagu tsuchi", the doctor replied.
"Ah, the god of fire. What a fitting name for his quirks", all for one said with a chuckle.
In front of them was a tube. In the tube a being with pure black skin that had only a pair of blue jeans on. He also had scars on his arms and chest wich also had muscles. He had a black hood on his head hiding his face. One for all and the doctor slowly watched the tube as the person in the tube's eyes slowly opened showing red glowing eyes and white toothy smile.

"Hm? he's awake, how interesting?", one for all said out loud.
"What!?! he should be unconscious due to the liquid in his tube", the doctor said surprised.
The creature watched the two beings outside his tube. He might have been smiling in a dark way but he was only smiling in instinct. His eyes might have been ombinous but they were calculating. He was analyzing the two men who stood in front of him while at the same time analyzing his environment.
As he laid his eyes on one for all he felt a sense of danger that made him want to curl up in a corner. This feeling made him want to kill this man with his own hands, but he knew he wouldn't be able to. So in time he will wait for the right time to kill this man and escape. He never left his eyes off one for all.
"Hm, this one seems to hate me. How interesting....looks like i must go. raise the security level here, it seems tomura has gotten himself in trouble. I must deal with this problem, good day doctor", one for all said before vanishing.
"jeez, he stresses me out so much. Almost as much as you kagu", the doctor said with a slight chuckle.
Suddenly the building rocks from an unknown explosion making the doctor stumble slowly. He started freaking out and went up some stairs heading to the main floor of the complex leaving kagu alone.
After seeing the doctor leave kagu closed his eyes. There was silence in the room before the liquid in the tube around kagu began to slowly bubble. The liquid then began to turn red before the tube itself began to steem. The tube suddenly exploded causing a smoke screen to form. The only thing that could be seen in the smoke was red eyes. The smoke slowly subsided to show kagu with blue flames surrounding him.
