Up on the mountain top,
Where you can touch the clouds
Far away from the bustling city
Calm and quiet, such a peace of mind.
But all I can see is the ground beckoning me
With arms wide open to catch me when I throw myself off the end. They say the ocean is calming,
The sound of the waves, the cool breeze,
The soft yellow sand beneath your feet,
The way the sky and the sea meet to make a beautiful horizon.
But all I can see is a giant water body
With plenty of space to drown myself in.Streets filled with hustle and bustle of cars,
A break from the four boring walls of your house
Look to your left, look to your right
That's how you get across safely.
But I don't care and when I almost get hit
All I can think is, "next time, please don't miss."Traveling through the city
All the beautiful tall glass buildings,
Ten storeys and fifteen storeys,
Blue in the morning and a grey tint at night.
But I can't help wondering
From what floor do I have to jump to guarantee my death?
