The world slowly faded back to its original state. System fail; Reboot failed; system delete accepted; starting protocol, accept? Accepted; system failure; virus detected; Delete; accepted. In process.

"Necrophobia. That is the name of it"
Her robotic voice echoes throughout the army of knocked out men.
"The fear of death"
Her definition  continued one subtle crack in her emotionless voice. She used too much magical energy.
She was a robot who never connected herself to anyone. She was made alone and now she was going to die alone. Her body violently glitched to the point that she fell over. Suddenly she felt it all. This robot, this being who never felt emotion was afraid. She was sad, devastated in fact. It was then this robot realized, she didn't want to die. This robot being isolated this whole time met one friend. She helped out her host. She tried to do everything right.
"It," she paused "It isn't fair."
"I don't want to go!" She screamed
Her body started to give into the binary. She heard a noise from behind her. It was her friends. All those people she helped came to help her. She felt something she had never felt before. Glitch felt hope for herself. Glitch wanted to live. She was going to survive. She had to. For the sake of her friends. Glitch, was going to survive this end.  Her friends got close to her and Anne, one of the friends began trying to help, hacking against her decaying body.  Minuets pass of Anne hacking against the binary. You could practically see the hope radiating from glitches eyes. Glitch herself began to hack against the pain of disappearing. In time she even started to feel better. Her glitching slowly turned back to her normal body. It felt much better without the binary burdening her. She stood up believing it was all over. She enjoyed some time with her friends as they celebrated a great victory. Glitches first emotions of fear and sadness had disappeared with the binary. Those emotions turned to great joy and relief. She never felt any type of belonging but now she did. They begin to leave when Glitch once again toppled over. Her heart stopped.
"Safe file, failed: System failed, Program failed: ERROR, ERROR ERROR ERROR. System Deleted.
Glitch looked up hope draining from eyes. The world seemed to have darkened as the binary returned swiftly taking over her whole body.
"I'm sorry. I never was able to understand such a complex thing like emotions, but now, I understand why you beings love your emotion so much. What I do not understand is, why does it hurt so much. I feel sick to my stomach and I am shaky. Is this guilt for causing harm, or anxiety for the death that awaits my arrival? I think it is guilt.  I must have caused you so much harm, but you guys stuck with me. You did not abandon me like everyone else. I would like to inform you that I am glad to have met such great beings like you. You allowed me to feel things I would not have. Thank you, and farewell my friends.
Her body finally succumbed to the binary. It engulfed her face last which held a fearful expression. With the binary covering her body it began to disperse. The numbers blew away in the wind, and one by one. They disappeared. Her friends stood shocked in disbelief. The one thing left was a piece of note that was her final words. At the end there was one sentence that she was never able to state.
"Thank you for making me feel human."
