Lawrence Miller's P.O.V
I was in my room looking up superstitions since I was bored, and I already read all of the books in my room. I sighed and looked out my window. There wasn't much to see: no stars, no lights, no nothing. I rested my face on my palm and kept scrolling through the websites until I saw a forest. There were so many different stories and reactions toward them, but they all seemed fake. Suddenly a barrage of notifications popped up on my phone. I sighed and checked it. It was Violet.
Violet
"Hey ren!"
"How's it goin?"
"I'm bored"
"Hi!"
"What?"
"I'm bored"
"Me too, what's new?"
"Uhhhhhhh I had food"
".......That's good?"
"Yeppers I had people for dinner"
"?!?!"
"Oh loooool"
"*peepers"
"That doesn't sound any better."
"PEPPERS GOD DANG IT"
"SUTPID PHONE"
"....Nice."
"STOOOOOP PHONNNNE"
"I ain't the tech guy, so don't ask me."
"AH THIS IF FRUSTRATION"
"NOOOOOO"
"CALL, CALL?"
"ME NOOOOO WANT TEXT ANYMOOOO"
"NO"
"I don't like calls though."
"PLEASE PLEASEEEE"
"Hmm, Idk."
"BUT YOU LUVVV ME"
"So?"
"Oops was still on caps"
"What do you mean so"
"BITCH CALL ME"
"No thanks, I like to text better."
"FREAKING"
"NO"
"CALL"
"AW SHIT MY PARENTS ARE CALLING ME"
"Well okay then. Bye."
"RENNNNNNNNN"
"You said that you needed to go."
".....I'm still hungry"
"......Yeah no, not dealing with this. Night."
I turned off my phone, but the notifications kept on sending, so I just tossed my phone onto my bed and kept on looking at different websites. I leaned back on my chair and took off my glasses. I rubbed my eyes tiredly until my parents called me.
"Lawrence!"
"Yeah! I'm coming!" I pushed back my rolly chair and ran down the stairs, "is something wrong?"
