Taehyung's arm tingled painfully, numbing by the second. He carefully shifted underneath Jimin who was sound asleep on top of him.

He never failed to cut off the circulation in the most irritating places each time they cuddled.

Tae didn't mind the irritation, however, because seeing Jimin rest so peacefully meant so much more.

He knew that Jimin had difficulty sleeping through the night due to night terrors, anxiety, loneliness, and a very active mind.

Jimin has had his fair share of trauma throughout his life, resulting in these troubles, and Tae felt honored to be Jimin's safety.

He always wanted his arms to be a place that Jimin could call home. Somewhere comfortable to come back to no matter where he went.

Tae's arms tightened around the small boy who nestled closer to his chest. His soft, slow heart beat made Taehyung smile so lovingly.

Just as he began to stroke jimin's pale cheek, he awakened in a panic.

"My love, what is wrong?" Taehyung questioned him.

"I had another nightmare... I was being chased by scary men. They wanted to hurt me." Jimin's eyes welled with tears.

"Hurt you? Why would anyone want to hurt you?" Taehyung left several kisses along Jimin's face.

No matter how much affection he showered his boyfriend with, he didn't seem to feel calm enough to go back to sleep. He thought quickly, knowing that Jimin needed the rest more than anything.

"Here," He unzipped his teddy bear onesie, shivering from the cold air colliding with his now exposed skin.

He helped jimin put it on over his pajamas, "no one will chase you anymore."

"You think I'm really that scary?" Jimin pouted.

"You are a bear now, afterall-" Tae smiled, helping jimin snuggle back into his embrace.

As soon as he was warm and comfortable again, Jimin drifted back to sleep.

Taehyung gently pressed his lips to his lover's forehead.

His limbs feeling numb and his body becoming cold was the farthest thing from Tae's mind.

"I would do anything for you..." he smiled, "my little bear."
