Classes started at 7:45, which meant that the chances of a student having breakfast at 7 o'clock were slim to none.
Of course, that's exactly what Phoenix had in mind while she sat at the Gryffindor table, all dressed with her Hogwarts uniform. It disgusted her, having to move around showing off the lion in her uniform, and to pretend she had the Gryffindor characteristics. Well, the last part she had yet to be able to do, because she had not yet encountered any fellow Gryffindors. She had woken up earlier than usual, got dressed and sneaked out of the common room before anyone had the chance to see her, which was her aim. She was certainly not ready to face the mudbloods and blood traitors.

She was the only student in the Great Hall, key word student because all the teachers were in their table and chatted between themselves.
When she had entered the room, the only teacher to give her any recognition at all was Dumbledore, who nodded her way, and so she plastered a sweet smile on her face and waved back.
While drinking her juice and grabbing another toast, she felt someone sit beside her.
"Hey, are you the new student -Phoenix Blackwell? I'm Lily, Lily Evans" She presented herself with a kind smile on her face, and the first thing you notice when you see her is her bright red hair and her green eyes, she seemed truly nice, too bad she was an actual Gryffindor which meant either two things : mudblood or blood traitor. And Phoenix didn't know which one was worst, if to betray your family or to be born out of muggles.
"You're the Head Girl, right?" I asked her while giving a bite to my toast "Dumbledore told me to find you if I had trouble with anything, you or that guy, Potter."
"Oh, no. Don't go asking Potter, he's a pain in the ass, really. Just ask me."
"Okay..." Brother mentioned the Potters, pureblood family but muggle-lovers. I guess we'll have to see what to make out of that. Brother said all pureblood families could be forgiven if they joined our cause, or we would kill them. They still have the time.
"We're all in the same year, which means we all have the same classes, I can take you to each if you'd like."
"Yeah, sure, thanks, Lily" Well, Brother said 'blend in', right? I'll have to find out her blood status, though, see if she can be forgiven or must be killed.
More people started to enter the Great Hall, Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs, Gryffindors and some Slytherins. Between them, the Slytherins, was a face she'd never missed. Her best friend.

Regulus' eyes widened at the sight of Phoenix talking to the mudblood. What was she doing here? Had the Dark Lord comanded her a mission?
Just as he was going to approach her, she gave him the look. The 'we'll talk later' look. So many questions without answer formed in Regulus' mind that he determined himself to question Phee later, he headed towards his table, the Slytherin table, the one Phoenix ached to be in so much. He sat himself in his usual spot, waiting on his other death eater friends. And all of them had his same reaction towards seeing the Dark Lord's sister talking to Lily Evans in a Gryffindor uniform.
"What is going on?" Severus asked ashe sat infront of him "What is she doing here and why is she talking to Lily?"
"I haven't got the slightest idea."
"Well, are you not her best friend?" Bellatrix's question came from next to him.
"Aren't you her Brother's stalker?"
Bellatrix sneered at him and was about to make a comeback when Narcissa interrupted.
"Do not behave like little kids. I'm sure she is here for a reason, the Dark Lord wouldn't have her here if not."
Just as she finished talking, Lucius sat himself next to her.
"I know why she's here. The Dark Lord precises her to get information from inside the Gryffindor tower. And we are in it too, he wants us to report to her if we hear anything about the Order of Phoenix or information that could be used against the Dark Lord. He said Phoenix will aproach us to tell us more."
After he said that, a letter started to from in the center of the table.
"What is that? What does it say?"
"Bella, calm down" Regulus said as he grabbed the letter, they all leaned in closer to hear what Regulus was about to read aloud.

'Meet me in the Room of Requirements tonight at 8. Do not let anybody see you or catch you.
P.'

They all looked up to see Phoenix glance at them before exiting the Hall with Lily.

"Okay, first we have Potions, with Professsor Slughorn, he's really nice, even though he is Slytherin's Head of House, he hosts these little gatherings with his best students - he calls it the 'Slug Club', if you are one of his best students, he'll invite you."
Oh, I know about Horace Slughorn. I've had my fair share of listening to Brother telling me how Slughorn impacted him, how he, unknowingly, had revealed him a secret that made him who he was today. Brother was in his Slug Club, in fact, he was his very favorite.
We entered the classroom and took a seat in one of the desks of the middle, not too close of the front and not too far behind.
Students started to fill the classroom and they all scattered in all the desks, but Phoenix couldn't help but notice that each and every one of them avoided the two desks behind her's and Lily's.
That was before four boys interrupted in the classroom and sat in those desks, the two directly behind us smirked at us, one looking surprised and the other didn't notice me at all, he was too focused staring at Lily.
"Hello, Lily-pad. Had a good summer? How was the muggle world this year?" He asked her, smiling.
Muggle world? Lily was a mudblood?
"Fuck off, James" Came her response. I supposed this was the 'Potter' that was the pain in the ass.
Before 'James' could answer, I opened my mouth, directing to Lily.
"You're a mud-muggleborn?"
Lily's eyes widened and she looked hurt for a moment.
"Were you going to say mudblood?" Her voice quivered and her eyes were still wide.
Yes "No! No, I just... Look some families don't even teach you there is another word to refer to a muggleborn besides mudblood, I have nothing against you, I swear" Lies. "I grew up to think like my family, but I don't."
Lily stared at me for a second before nodding and murmuring a 'It's okay' that I almost missed.
"Who are you anyway?"The dude next to James asked. He had a curious expression in his face while James' was somewhere between understanding and anger towards my statement. I could not care less.
"I'm Phoenix Blackwell."
His eyebrows raised and a smirk appeared in his lips.
"A Blackwell in Gryffindor? Call the Aurors." He laughed. "I'm Sirius, Sirius Black."
