Time skip to Christmas
Gosh it feels like it's been forever since I've seen my family, so I decided to spend Christmas with them. Colby wanted to spend Christmas with me but I felt like we were getting to close and I needed a small break from him to figure out how I feel about him.
A lot has happened since winter came and gone. Well for the most part a few of the couples in the friend group broke up, not to mention the trap house broke up, Sam and colby got arrested, new couples formed, I've vibed with some people and colby vibed with some people but at the end of the day we still flirt every now and then, but I sometimes withdraw ... I'm just so scared that things won't work out, oh yeah I also moved out of my apartment to a new apartment with Alexis.
Living in L.A. is great and all but I'm glad to be heading back to South Africa to spend time with my family.
"Jadeee!! Snap out of it we gotta head to the airport or you will miss your flight.." Alexis says causing me to snap out of my daydream.
"Sorry... let's go I'm packed and readyyy to rumble" I say excitedly.
We head to her car and speed off to the air port . This is gonna be a long flight back to South Africa but at least I got first class, so I'm happy .
We arrived at the airport and Alexis gave me a super tight hug. I knew she was scared of being left alone with Brennan for Christmas... they have been having an on and off thing but recently it's been off and awkward.
"Heyy you will be okay and don't forget I'm always a phone call away." I say giving her one more tight squeeze before taking my suitcase out her car.
"Thanks Jade. Oh and tell your family I say hiii. " Alexis says before she gets back in her car and drives off leaving me to enter the airport alone.
I check in quickly and then head to my boarding gate. I grabbed a coffee from a nearby shop and soon I boarded the plane.
Time skip to arriving in S.A
I entered the airport with my luggage to find my mom,stepdad and brother holding a welcome home sign. I really missed these goofballs.
I walk to them and I am quickly embraced by my mother, then my step father and my brother just awkwardly waves at me before I hug him tightly.
"Welcome home Jade!" My mom says excitedly as we head for the car .
That night we went out for dinner and caught up. Turns out my little brother has a girlfriend, how cute.
When we arrived home after dinner out I went to my old room and passed out on the bed turns out I was jet lagged . I feel like I've forgotten something ...
