Never show who you actually are. Show your friends what they want to be shown, or you will never be popular or relatable.I will be honest, I am a huge nerd. I like math, science, and writing (as you can tell), but if I actually tell people that, then guess what? This will lead to me being in the bottom of the food chain in school. Nobody except for the other nerds will hang out with me.
So instead, I pretended that I hated math, I hated language, but I could not hide the fact that I love science. Like, I don't get why people disgust science so much. Those same people probably watches Marvel movies everyday and love Spider-man. I guess they didn't realize Spider-man is a nerd and likes science.
However, one thing that I have trouble doing is hating on teachers. After I put everything in my locker, I sit on the terribly designed chair and put all of my binders and notebooks inside my open desk. Having desks without walls might be the single most dumbest invention in human history. Every time someone bumps into my desk, everything in it falls all over the dirty ground. And of course it is usually Tinnothy who bumps into desks.
Then Volter comes in, the giant muscular man with an un muscular brain. I am lucky that he does not sit next to me, because he is one heck of a person to deal with. He makes fun of anyone who is weaker than him (basically the whole class), and he always asks for help on anything other than gym. He sits next someone named Lily. She is a nice person, I feel a little bad.
Wow, okay back to my point. Today we have art class, which honestly should be called "Create stuff and based on your creativity I will give you a score and I do not care if you are a talented artist I care if you have creativity". This subject is an illusion. They do not teach you actual art, like how to draw gestures and shading. They teach you things like drawing lines and writing your name in cool font. Also, they could not care less if you use a filter.
The art teacher is kind to everyone, but I could not say vice versa. Everyone for some reason hates the teacher. Even nice students like Lily still ignores the art teacher. Like seriously, they teach you stuff! Teachers have the most important job in the world! Yet students treat them like they are essential workers.
Another reason why this rule matters is that a nerd like Tinnothy is always bullied, but whenever there is a test, everyone pretends like Tinnothy is their best friend.
"Come on Timothy, just ONE question."
"Its Tinnothy, and no Volter, I do not want to help you with that question. This is literally a test!"
"Please Timothy, you are the smartest person on Earth right? Are you not?"
"Alright finneee..."
Whenever this happens, I smirk. Because I am smarter than Tinnothy, I just do not reveal it.
The bell rings again. Everyone sloppily puts the art supplies back on to the counter and leaves.
"Uh, guys, can you do me a favor and push in the chairs?", the teachers asks kindly.
Sure, like that's a big deal.
