The Hero and the Genie

Opening

As the music starts, we see Deku crashing onto some grass and looking around. As he takes in the view, he sees Scuttle Town on fire as it's under attack.

I know what I have to do now

Deku looks nervous at first, but he shakes away his fear and charges into the town.

Wipe the sweat off of my brow

I see my challenge straight ahead

I know this isn't easy but

Backing down would be my regret

As he lands on the dock, he faces Risky Boots.

Follow my way

We'll run through this debris and wreckage

Follow my way

We'll aim for what's beyond the finish

We then see Hypno Baron, Squid Baron, Techno Baron, and Ammo Baron being led by the Rogue Genie, Katrina.

I'm chasing down my dreams

They excite me, my glory is near

I know what I have to do now

All eyes are on me

Now I've seen what they see in me

I know what to do this time

As Deku is knocked back by Risky Boots, Shantae leaps in and helps him out, giving him a bright smile. As the two work together to fight Risky, the song continues.

Make my story

So lay it all on me

I got this, I want this and more

I'm making my decision

I feel within it

I'm breaking through

The wreckage and the flames (Make my story)

We see Shantae seeing her mother, followed by her and Deku standing side-by-side.

I have to believe

That through all of the tears that we shed

All the pain and hurting

Will all be worth it

I know I'll see you on the other side

We then see Deku and Shnatae battling Katrina. A flash later, Midoriya and Shantae are sitting next to each with victorious smiles. Shantae leans in and kisses Midoriya, causing him to blush.
