"That's strange. He's never in a hurry."

Nova ran passed the two of them and both Arcana Famiglia members questions his actions.

Without thinking, Libertà grabbed (Y/n)'s hand, catching her off guard, and rushed out to look for Nova.

Unbeknownst to them, Luca arrived in the office only to find no one there.

"Milady?"

Later, (Y/n) and Libertá found the bluenette crouching on a nearby bed. They both halted in their tracks and they stared at him in confusion.

"The hell are you doing?"

Nova quickly stood up, his cheeks blushed in embarrassment. "I-I'm working!" He stuttered.

His eyes stared at their hands, the sight of it irritated him.

"You two seem rather close this morning."

"Close?"

Libertà looks at their hand and immediately lets go of his, shades of red spread across his cheeks.

"S-Sorry, (Y/n)-sama!"

(Y/n) crossed her arms and spoke.

"So, you're working? Crouching next to a bed."

Her (e/c) peppers stared at him, her eyes full of intrigue.

Nova looked away, "This has nothing to do with either of you." He plainly stated.

Well that was rude of him. If he wasn't her cousin, then she would've done something he would apologize for.

"Jeez, someone's on their period." She contained herself and muttered, Libertà heard her though causing him to almost burst out laughing.

"F-Fine then, sorry for wasting your time. Let's go, (Y/n)-sama."

(Y/n) took a step forward, her figure emitted a serious aura. "You're having trouble with something." She wouldn't let go of this bluenette that easily.

"No, I'm fine." He denied.

Boy is he stubborn. Her heels clicked when she started to approach him.

(Y/n) grabbed his chin, her grip was tight, and turned his face to her. Both lads gasped at her actions.

Nova looked at her with bewilderment as she stared back at him, eyes sternly looking at him. The bluenette couldn't move even if he tried to, his cheek were red.

He gulped.

"Look at me when I'm talking to you, boy."

That's when (Y/n) noticed something about him. He smelled funny. He doesn't stink, no. His scent was familiar, just like a—

"Cat."

"..."

"Eh?"

Dumbfounded by what she said, Libertà looked at her questioningly while Nova turned bright red.

Then (Y/n) noticed something on him. It was a strand of fur, white fur.

"Hm, a white kitten perhaps."

"H-How?"

"You smelled like a feline and there's fur on you."

The (h/c)-nette calmly explained and lets go of Nova, who which took a step back. He was shaken from that moment of him and (Y/n). He'll probably never forget that moment.

Libertà then asked about the white kitten, Nova took a long sigh before explaining everything.

"What?! You saved it?!"

(Y/n) flinched at Libertà's tone of voice. But the blonde didn't seem to notice it.

"You saved a white-kitten from being run over by a carriage?!"

Nova felt that Libertá was vexing him, seriously, must he really shout.

"Keep it down!"

He shushed him and (Y/n) mentally thanked him.

"You were looking for that kitten, weren't you?"

"Yes." Nova paused before continuing.

"I brought it with me to this mansion, but it got excited and ran off somewhere."

Well, (Y/n) was bored anyway so might as well do something to kill time.

"Let's split up then."

(Y/n) turned towards the door before Nova could even speak.

"Split up?"

"She's right, there's a better chance of finding it with three people rather than just one."

"Three?"

Libertà mischievously smiles at him. "I'm obviously going to help too." But before he left, the blonde turned to Nova and smirked.

"I'm definitely wining the Arcana Duello."

Nova stood there, alone. He clicked his tongue and glared at the spot where Libertà stood. His words somehow triggered the bluenette.
