Author’s Note: Hello people! Yes, indeed I am starting to write One Direction fanfics but because of my little knowledge of One Direction it would not be a full out series. Why am I writing a One Direction fanfic even though I barely know them? Well it was out of inspiration from my best friend Nancy who had introduced me to One Direction in the first place! She’s a total fan of those guys and pretty helpful when it comes to 1D facts. Thanks in advance to NancyLuvzCookiez!

“It’s been centuries now since the fans had last heard from the so called band, One Direction. It had turned so quiet once they had released their newest album that the fans were growing frantic. No new albums or songs were made under that name; the boys’ twitter accounts had gone abandoned. Some said that they were taking a break from all the fame and that it was all completely understandable. It’s hard to be a celebrity sometimes…
Months turned to years and years turned into decades. Nothing. The police were starting to get involved with their disappearance; asking the people closest to the boys, which included their loves. They haven’t seen or heard from the group as well and were growing anxious. The police had concluded that it was kidnapping since there were no signs of a murder scene nearby or any note left behind by anyone from the band. But that was all they knew, nothing else.
They tried to keep it a secret from us, to stay silent so no one would panic, but it got out. Someone got into the police files and put it on the internet. The reporters got to it first, then the fan girls, then catastrophe. I know, it’s crazy, but what else would a completely loyal fan girl of One Direction do?
Search.
Go on a scavenger hunt or something. Call your friends and spread the news. Until everyone knew.
Major chat threads on the internet were about One Direction’s disappearance. Some still believed they were on vacation and that they were going to come back soon but the theory was starting to weaken. Haters of the band were relieved but were annoyed of the fact that practically everything on the web was about One Direction now. Admirers were just blindly searching or begging in their minds that the police will find them.
It’s ironic.
How humans won’t just accept the fact that was placed right in front of their faces. One Direction is gone. No, they are still on vacation. One Direction is dead. No, they’re just hiding from all the fame. As long as their songs exist in the world, One Direction is still alive.
Well fuck that. When World War III happened, there was nothing on the humans’ minds but explosions and rubble. Even the fan girls that are left had no time to gaze over the boys’ wonderful faces and voices. The war was vicious and threw the world in chaos more than a disappearance ever would. Buildings collapsed, fame and fortune along with it, including every single last recording of One Direction’s songs as well as many other popular hits. The war didn’t end for a matter of years until the final treaty was declared. To think they could’ve done that sooner.
But I wasn’t alive when that happened, I’m glad I wasn’t. Its peaceful now, all the countries working together to make a safe world for everyone. They pledge to not ever start world war IV but words isn’t the case, it’s the actions that count.
As for that long ago disappearance of 1D? Long forgotten! It’s almost as if their fame never existed! That’s just how we humans are, you live one life time then you die and everyone will eventually forget you. Same with bands, songs, and fame. All of it will end some day, I just know it.
